The support team at Pimberly are absolutely brilliant, fast responses and lovely to work with. The software itself is a gamechanger to the way we manage our product data and centralise information for all of the channels we sell on. What do you dislike about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

With more connectors built to the different channels we work with this would improve our use of pimberly, the ability to export product data currently in any format based on sales channel is useful but an increase in native connectors would be hugely beneficial. What problems is Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing product information is crucial for our business, especially considering the complexity of our catalog. Our product data includes intricate structures like bundles, which are composed of multiple sellable components, each requiring careful coordination. This level of complexity often demands bulk data transformations or mass exports to ensure accuracy and efficiency across our platforms.

What do you like best about Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM?

Ease of use as an administrator-type role is the best feature of Pimberly. I don't look into how it's set up or innovate on our systems at all, just 'use how it is currently set up and in that regard, it's very simple and well integrated to our Shopify stores. The support line is also very effective at getting problems sorted, usually resolved in less than a day. I use Pimberly every day, so I am finding ways to do things quicker regularly, the bulk upload feature is very easy to use and handy when editing a group of SKUs. Sometimes aspects of the system don't work as intended based on how its been set up, or take a while to update. Luckily the support line is very good so they solve these issues very quickly and they are not too common. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pimberly SaaS PIM & DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a merchandising executive it solves a lot of data input work and automates it for me as well as acting as a parent object to all our Shopify-based websites which it does well to update regularly.
