What do you like best about Pike13?

Migrating to FDHQ, setting it up, and learning it was relatively painless. Their sales staff and development team were very helpful in dealing with issues and accommodating our requests. The scope of FDHQ's functionality is just enough to cover our needs (membership and punch card sales; class reservations; in-store retail sales; reporting) without being so exhaustive that it is difficult to learn. What do you dislike about Pike13?

Reporting is the biggest issue for us. While FDHQ offers a number of canned reports, they are somewhat duplicative and employ data fields that we cannot figure out (cannot explain or replicate). Nonetheless, we can get what we want by downloading the data into Excel and manipulating it ourselves. A better solution would be to a) let users customize reports, or b) at least memorize the filters we use so that we don't have to do so much work in Excel.

Secondly, although far less important, there is no way to talk to a live person at FDHQ. They are generally extremely responsive to emails, so it's not a big deal. And if it keeps the cost of the software down, all the better. It just requires a little more patience (and typing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pike13?

We use FrontDesk as the client management solution for our CrossFit gym. It has a great interface that works well on desktop, mobile/tablet and it's easy and intuitive to use. The built-in analytic tools are very helpful for tracking all of the key metrics for the gym. It also has integration with Mailchimp so that we can setup and manage email blasts to our clients right from the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pike13?

Some of the menu items are hard to find if you are not using them all the time. Sometime you have to dig through advanced settings to find what you are looking for. What do you like best about Pike13?

At the suggestion of a colleague, I switched from Mind Body Online to Front Desk. Before we made the decision, Nicki took us through a virtual tower and showed us Front Desk in detail. We really appreciated the time she took to do this, as it allowed us to make our decision to switch to Front Desk with confidence. Since we've switched, we've had less headaches processing memberships, our members have less trouble figuring out the system, we love the online waivers and it's great that you customize it to your branding. What do you dislike about Pike13?

Small complaint, but some of the reports are cumbersome. They auto-load and take sometimes 2-3 mins to complete. It would be great if we could decide on the report details prior to it running to avoid having to wait for a report we don't want.

What do you like best about Pike13?
