The intuitive, mobile-friendly Pike13 interface helps business owners and their staff spend less time struggling with administration and more time with clients. Free mobile apps simplify schedule and client management, as well as streamline the check-in process. Automated, targeted reporting helps business owners measure the health of their business and focus on the information they need to know to make data-driven business decisions. Pike13 customer service un-matched. Each new Pike13 customer is assigned a dedicated onboarding specialist to help guide software setup. Frustratingly slow and unresponsive **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2019 **What do you like best about Pike13?** Pike13 gives me a real-time look at my students each day in School Of Rock, so I know what my daily schedule is. **What do you dislike about Pike13?** It is *very* difficult to sync Pike13 up with Google Calendar, and if lessons are canceled or move around, it sometimes never even makes the changes in Google Calendar. Also it frequently is unresponsive and takes a long time to load a student's profile. **What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, it allows me to see who I will be working with that day, and the notes feature helps me jog my memory with what I worked on with the student the previous week (which is also helpful when there are substitute teachers or I am covering for another teacher). ### 3. Feel like I can't see all information about my clients in one easy screen. Reporting is overly complicated and it lacks a good backend for the owner/user. **Recommendations to others considering Pike13:** Know what functionality you need before switching. If you have a retail shop there is no ability to inventory. **What problems is Pike13 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting people logged in and making the pass purchase easier with the integrated merchant. ### 6.
