"Integrated solutions, professional execution"

We are a marketing agency and work with Pico to deliver digital ads and comprehensive SEO programs.

What do you like best?

Pico team members are highly professional and dedicated to client success. They engage directly with client programs, actively seeking and recommending changes and improvements, testing, and validating results on an ongoing basis. They provide regular, detailed reporting and help clients to understand the results they are seeing from their programs.

What do you dislike?

Not a lot of negative. This team specializes in boutique service, but offers a full scope of services related to digital and SEO strategy and execution. As a result, programs are highly customized to the client.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Establish regular meetings and participate actively with the Pico team. They will listen and learn about your business and industry, and in return they will help you understand opportunities for improving your programs and process.

"Agile, Experienced, Trustworthy"

Our company was in need of a net new paid search and social strategy. We hired Pico to conduct a 2-quarter pilot program, during which time, Pico setup our AdWords, kicked off paid social via LinkedIn, as well as Capterra.

What do you like best?

Pico helped us develop a program from scratch, with little to no historical insights available to guide strategy or tactics. Within just 2-months, Pico helped us standup a variety of paid search campaigns, paid social via LinkedIn, and a Capterra profile. Throughout this process, they not only remained agile and proactive, updating our campaigns based on performance metrics, but they also kept us informed of performance and progress on a weekly basis. Additionally, they went above and beyond and conducted an SEO overhaul for us as well.

What do you dislike?

While Pico was proactive and reactive in fixing campaigns or optimizing them for performance, I would have loved to see them reach out and recommend a brand new campaign or help shape our content creation based on what they saw was/was not performing well for us or other organizations similar to ours.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Come in with an open mind. The more Pico is involved in your advertising strategy and web presence, the better success you will have.

"SEO/PPC support for thriving and unique travel company"

We've contracted with Pico for several years now to have them support our SEO/PPC scope among other things, valued insight and direction.

What do you like best?

Human touch. Pico is easy to work with, there are humans behind the numbers and the tech, which is great in helping to support our understanding. They also work very well with our other contracts, so we don't have to be so hands on and can focus our skills in other areas.

What do you dislike?

We have not run in to any challenges as of yet. We continue to communicate regularly to understand goals and objectives. We always strive to learn and understand what they do and how/why they do it, so this is always a learning relationship.

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Let them sink in with you and digest what you do, how you do it and what your goals are. Give them the scope and latitude to drive your goals, you won't be disappointed.

"So knowledgeable and easy to work with."

I work at a technology company, and we outsource our SEO and AdWords to Pico. Since I was onboarded eight months ago, the Pico team has done a wonderful job optimizing our SEO efforts. They even came to our office and had a lunch and learn with our marketing team, which was very informative!

What do you like best?

Their monthly reports are short and sweet but still have all the information we need. We loved the lunch and learn they came in and did with us (because everyone should know about SEO)! And we also really appreciate the ease of knowing which keywords to focus on thanks to their team.

What do you dislike?

Although not a huge deal, our account was used once for their test of a potential new potential tool, and we weren't aware until it was being implemented. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Do it! They're awesome.
