Pico helped us develop a program from scratch, with little to no historical insights available to guide strategy or tactics. Within just 2-months, Pico helped us standup a variety of paid search campaigns, paid social via LinkedIn, and a Capterra profile. Throughout this process, they not only remained agile and proactive, updating our campaigns based on performance metrics, but they also kept us informed of performance and progress on a weekly basis. While Pico was proactive and reactive in fixing campaigns or optimizing them for performance, I would have loved to see them reach out and recommend a brand new campaign or help shape our content creation based on what they saw was/was not performing well for us or other organizations similar to ours. Human touch. Pico is easy to work with, there are humans behind the numbers and the tech, which is great in helping to support our understanding.
