As I previously mentioned it is easy to use and understandable my review still stays the same Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how user-friendly it is. Everything, for the most part, makes sense and is easy to navigate. I also love the auto-tagging feature. This feature saves us so much time when tagging photos. We tag things it can't know. It tags things it can know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pickit has loading issues when opening collections of 50 assets or more. Pickit Drive solves this issue but if you are not paying for that feature, it can be difficult to navigate. Also there are certain permissions that are exclusive to the account owner that should be able to be delegated to administrators (like adding users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pickit is great at making digital asset management seamless for teams. The interface is minimalistic and clean, affording the user the power to organize, access, and share visual assets with ease. The integration with well-known productivity tools like PowerPoint and Microsoft Office extends the workflow of this platform by letting users easily make use of their assets right from other programs. It also offers a good collaboration feature, meaning that your team will be able to work on projects with effectiveness, knowing that they stay on brand by having access to the content that was approved. A couple of the cons are that indeed, Pickit does lack more advanced search possibilities. Sometimes it can get a bit clunky, especially if you have rather big libraries, to find exactly what you're looking for. Another aspect is flexibility in the categorization of assets, making tags-in other words, users would have more say in how they organize their content. Lastly, the pricing model may be considered steep for smaller teams or individuals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently implemented Pickit as part of our new brand platform rollout, and it has truly exceeded our expectations. As the CMO, I needed a solution that could seamlessly integrate with our existing tools while making it effortless for our teams to access templates and visual assets. Pickit delivers on just that.

The platform has significantly improved our brand consistency and accessibility since our employees can now easily find and use approved assets. It’s also streamlined collaboration across our regional teams, ensuring that everyone works with up-to-date and on-brand materials.

The integration with Microsoft Office is a huge advantage, enabling our teams to stay within their familiar workflows. Highly recommend it for any company looking to elevate their brand platform and make brand implementation easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to dislike so far—great experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is great! Whenever our team has an issue with integrations or SSO login, the Pickit team is quick to address the issue and get back to us. There's also a lot of flexibility for adding / removing various app features as needed. Once into the tool, the user interface is great – and it's so, SO much better than trying to sort through images on Sharepoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have experienced some issues with Microsoft 365 integrations and SSO, which I think would be a much bigger concern if we had Pickit rolled out company-wide. For our small team (less than 5 people), however, it's just a quick matter of reaching out to someone at Pickit and getting the issue fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the most appealing aspects of Pickit is how smoothly it works with Microsoft Office apps, making it easy to access and organize images, videos, and documents right inside tools like PowerPoint and Word. This saves time by eliminating the need to switch between different platforms.

The AI auto-tagging feature is another great benefit, as it helps quickly label files, improving organization without extra effort. Pickit also offers flexibility with integrations like Getty Images and Dropbox, making it ideal for managing all types of media in one place, without adding unnecessary complexity. One downside of Pickit is that while its interface is easy to use, it can feel a bit limited if you need more advanced customization or complex workflows. It’s great for straightforward media management but might not offer all the features some larger companies need for managing big libraries.

Also, while its integrations with platforms like Microsoft and Getty Images are really useful, setting them up or keeping them running smoothly can sometimes be more complicated than expected, requiring extra support or troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Pickit when I ran brand content at my last job, and it was a game-changer for helping us streamline communications & efficiency for our B2B business. Pickit helped us increase end-consumer sales & it safeguarded our brand identity with an intuitive system that let us share approved content instantanously with our network of Dealers. At the time I used it, Pickit was still in start-up mode and working through some Beta features. There were glitches / limitations here and there, but very rarely did it affect the overall functionality of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pickit is very user-friendly and well-considered in how it structures content and is ideal for how agencies work. From organizing assets for creative teams and sharing with external vendors. Boards are a fantastic addition so that other internal departments can access and find assets without trawling through endless assets.

We've very quickly implemented this into our workflow and have worked with Pickit's support teams on feature requests and a few queries on certain features so that we can maximize how we use it. In which they have been extremely swift and supportive.

I've had experience with much 'larger' DAMs across several agencies and this is by far my favorite to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a modern lightweight DAM there's not much to dislike about Pickit, A drag-and-drop feature to upload files would be a lovely addition but we have given this feedback to Pickit and they have taken board the request - you can't ask for better collaboration when they're happy to take feature requests. Entering year 2 with Pickit's DAM, and all I've gotta say is that my love for this product is still going strong!

This has been a game-changing product for not only my organization, but for me. Pickit has become my trusty sidekick for asset management, and has allowed me to implement a number of organizational efficiencies.

Thanks to Pickit's DAM, our Team can access all of our corporate images and assets, effortlessly crafting documents that scream brand consistency (music to my Marketing & Communications ears). No more searching for that elusive needle in the digital haystack for images and documents.

If you're pondering the question of integrating a DAM into your business, look no further—Pickit is the answer.

I'd recommend it faster than you can say "Pickit-powered productivity party!"

Thanks a million, Pickit, for making our DAM dreams come true! 🌈🚀 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were a few technical "bugs'' during the onboarding process; however, the Pickit team quickly answered our inquiries and fixed any issues we had as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
