We've had some problem with the face recognition grouping different persons into one, and if we don't catch it right away it's a bit of a hassle to sort that. But to be honest, it doesn't happen often, and it's a very minor issue. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** One place for all our employees to find the right (and always updated) PPT-slides, images, videos, PDF-documents etc. We also use it to present our brand guidelines in an easily accesible format. ### 2. ALso love how we can add all our updated logos and original illustrations in direct access to all of our colleagues so that we in the marketing department can rest assured that all new documents created are using up-to-date graphics. Lastly we are very happy that the Google-docs addon works so well because we mostly use google slides and docs for all of our document creation. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** Nothing that comes to mind. I literally cant think of anything that can be improved, even a larger image library wouldnt really make a difference because we keep on finding and using exactly what we need. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's streamlining how all of our sales and customer success employees are able to quickly make their presentations and documents look aligned and professional, i.e. saving tons of time on things that should be of worry for non-marketing staff. As a DAM itself, they allow you to customize which aspect you want. The customer service is what puts PickIt on a different level. They get back to you so fast, and are always there to help. Because PPTs are stored in Sharepoint libraries, reshared and repurposed. So in order to keep the narrative the same across your company you have to overcommunicate internally. But with Pickit you change it in one single place and all presentations built after that will use the right content. One 1 hour training and you can forget not up to date Digital Assets! **What do you dislike about Pickit?** There can of course always be more free to use Clipart and Photos in the Database. I would like to avoid that people use Google to find photos as that of course opens up the potential that they use Copyrighted Material. There is photos and clipart to support most needs, but more is always better! **Recommendations to others considering Pickit:** Yes you can do this is Sharepoint but you will use considerably more resource to do it! Make sure in the training that everyone can see the Pickit logo in Office365. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** AS benefits from Pickit by being able to update in one place and have all subsequent usage of a digital asset be the right one. No more old information or old Graphics. ### 23. Pickit makes it easy to share a lot of photos - and even categorize and tag them to make them easy to find. Plus with the integration with PowerPoint, they are readily available. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** There have been some buggy things with the integration in Powerpoint - such as adding different-sized resolutions photos to a presentation. It's an awesome feature, but sometimes it doesn't always add the correct resolution you chose. But I have noticed they've been working on things and there have been updates that make things better. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The greatest problem we've solved is making the photos and graphics we are constantly making, available to everyone by simply uploading them to the software. We find it useful how simple it is to keep presentations and pictures aligned and up to date. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** There is nothing that we have noticed yet that we are unhappy with. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pickit helps us stay consistent with our brand guidlines and better utilize all our digital assets. It is very simple to get started and it is easy to manage and control your content. It also saves us a lot of time, not having to look for the right material. ### 35. You can search and sort, which is very helpful once you have a lot of digital assets. Overall very happy with the platform; it allows us to see all our assets in one place and find and use the creative we need. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** There is a slight learning curve if you want to get the maximum use out of the platform. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Pickit as an asset management platform to store and share our creatives. Before our creative was scattered over multiple platforms and folders, it was extremely hard to find when needed. With Pickit as a library for those pics all staff can now access the archive easily for presentations, social media-posts, e-mail, banners, etc. The AD can also distribute game graphics through the system, accessible from anywhere, to the social team. The admin page is easy to use with a smart lay out for giving your library a handy structure, and for sharing the files that need to be shared with for example external partners. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** We cannot find any downsides with the way we use Pickit atm. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Anyone in the company can access our image archive at anytime, from anywhere.
