I greatly appreciate Pickit's ability to easily distribute company assets like logotypes, pictures, symbols, and PowerPoint presentations to all employees. This centralization allows us to access shared assets across different platforms seamlessly through a single interface, eliminating the issue of silos. I love how user-friendly Pickit is, especially for employees without any experience in graphic design—allowing them to effortlessly add the correct graphical assets directly into presentations without leaving the PowerPoint application. Additionally, the ease of working with Pickit's company itself is commendable. Their superfast and friendly support has been immensely helpful, particularly in assisting our IT department with the deployment across our organization. The initial setup of Pickit was very easy, and the team provided immediate assistance by arranging a Teams meeting to resolve an issue related to Azure and our Active Directory Groups. I love that Pickit centralizes all of our media and brand assets in one platform. It has dramatically cut down on the number of internal requests I receive for various media because I can simply direct users to Pickit. The tagging and collections structure makes it easy for everyone to find what they need, which saves me a lot of time. The integration with Microsoft programs, particularly PowerPoint and Word, is fantastic as it allows users to seamlessly pull in media they need, while a live version of the brand guide is available to ensure adherence to our standards. This integration not only reduces their effort but also increases the branding consistency across communications. Additionally, I really appreciated the one-on-one support from our account manager, Caitlynn. She was quick to respond to any issues, worked with the tech team on resolutions, and even went above and beyond by creating a training video to help us launch, which was a huge time saver. I found the discrepancies between how Pickit functions on Mac and PC a bit challenging. As a Mac user, I had to learn how Pickit worked on a PC to effectively support those users. This discrepancy was largely related to the PowerPoint side, with launching PowerPoint template slides on PC requiring a few more clicks than on Mac. The user interface organizes assets into platform categories based on modules and functionality, making it easy for me to find the right content for my projects. Pickit has become our team’s single source of truth for all brand and marketing assets. I love how easy it is to centralize everything — logos, templates, photos, videos, documents — in one clean and searchable library. The built-in Brand Guide is a huge advantage; instead of sharing outdated PDFs, we onboard new team members and partners directly through Pickit so they always see the latest colors, fonts, and brand rules.

The AI-generated metadata and OCR search save an incredible amount of time. Assets are automatically tagged, and I can even find text inside documents. Integrations with Microsoft 365 make building presentations effortless since brand-approved images and templates are available directly inside PowerPoint and Word. The pricing can feel high for smaller teams, especially if you need more storage for large media files. Setting up a strong metadata structure also requires some upfront planning — the AI helps, but you still need to curate. What I like the most about Pickit is it's extensive list of features that allow use to dive deep into file organization. It's easy to use to and we have no worry about having new users go in there to find what they're looking for. The Dropbox integration makes it easy to implement for the team and ever since we launched it, our property managers have been utilizing it to collect assets that pertain to their community.

As Pickit grows and gets more features it'll be even easier to use and more teams will be able to utilize it. Right now, the inability to place collections within collections makes things a bit difficult for us and is something that we're waiting for before fully diving into Pickit. We began using Pickit as a photo management system to organize and store our photos across several of our locations (shopping centers). We absolutely love the product, and it has both increased our efficiency and productivity. It's easy to use and the training provided allowed us to onboard our teams quickly.

The real star of the show however is their customer service. Caitlynn, the Cuseomer Sucess Director was brought on early during the sales process to walk us through the product, and she quicly sold us on how the product could work for us. She was amazing during the onboarding and training process and always follows up, assists us with questions and continues to share our feedback with the larger team. We didn't love that you could only upload a certain amount of photos at a time, but that has been fixed.

I like how user-friendly it is. Everything, for the most part, makes sense and is easy to navigate. I also love the auto-tagging feature. This feature saves us so much time when tagging photos. We tag things it can't know. It tags things it can know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pickit has loading issues when opening collections of 50 assets or more. Pickit Drive solves this issue but if you are not paying for that feature, it can be difficult to navigate. Also there are certain permissions that are exclusive to the account owner that should be able to be deligated to administrators (like adding users). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pickit is great at making digital asset management seamless for teams. The interface is minimalistic and clean, affording the user the power to organize, access, and share visual assets with ease. The integration with well-known productivity tools like PowerPoint and Microsoft Office extends the workflow of this platform by letting users easily make use of their assets right from other programs. It also offers a good collaboration feature, meaning that your team will be able to work on projects with effectiveness, knowing that they stay on brand by having access to the content that was approved. A couple of the cons are that indeed, Pickit does lack more advanced search possibilities. Sometimes it can get a bit clunky, especially if you have rather big libraries, to find exactly what you're looking for. Another aspect is flexibility in the categorization of assets, making tags-in other words, users would have more say in how they organize their content.
