I love how easy it is to centralize everything — logos, templates, photos, videos, documents — in one clean and searchable library. The built-in Brand Guide is a huge advantage; instead of sharing outdated PDFs, we onboard new team members and partners directly through Pickit so they always see the latest colors, fonts, and brand rules. The AI-generated metadata and OCR search save an incredible amount of time. Assets are automatically tagged, and I can even find text inside documents. Integrations with Microsoft 365 make building presentations effortless since brand-approved images and templates are available directly inside PowerPoint and Word. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** The pricing can feel high for smaller teams, especially if you need more storage for large media files. Setting up a strong metadata structure also requires some upfront planning — the AI helps, but you still need to curate. It's easy to use to and we have no worry about having new users go in there to find what they're looking for. The Dropbox integration makes it easy to implement for the team and ever since we launched it, our property managers have been utilizing it to collect assets that pertain to their community. We've also come to appreciate how open and willing to help the customer success team is, any time we have a question it is answered swiftly and clearly. In times where we need even more information, a call is set up and we have our answer quickly. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** As Pickit grows and gets more features it'll be even easier to use and more teams will be able to utilize it. Right now, the inability to place collections within collections makes things a bit difficult for us and is something that we're waiting for before fully diving into Pickit. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pickit is helping us to easily organize our files and declutter the mess that we've made in Dropbox. Whenever our team has an issue with integrations or SSO login, the Pickit team is quick to address the issue and get back to us. There's also a lot of flexibility for adding / removing various app features as needed. Once into the tool, the user interface is great – and it's so, SO much better than trying to sort through images on Sharepoint. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** We have experienced some issues with Microsoft 365 integrations and SSO, which I think would be a much bigger concern if we had Pickit rolled out company-wide. For our small team (less than 5 people), however, it's just a quick matter of reaching out to someone at Pickit and getting the issue fixed. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pickit helps us solve the issues we've experienced in searching and sharing our assets directly through Microsoft OneDrive/Sharepoint. We work with so many visual assets, and OneDrive/Sharepoint just don't make it easy to browse these assets or search them using the right criteria. Its been especially helpful for browsing our large library of stock photos, since the search functionality is intelligent enough to find, for example, an image of someone "working from the couch while drinking coffee and hanging out with their dog". ### 6. From organizing assets for creative teams and sharing with external vendors. Boards are a fantastic addition so that other internal departments can access and find assets without trawling through endless assets. We've very quickly implemented this into our workflow and have worked with Pickit's support teams on feature requests and a few queries on certain features so that we can maximize how we use it. In which they have been extremely swift and supportive. I've had experience with much 'larger' DAMs across several agencies and this is by far my favorite to work with. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** As a modern lightweight DAM there's not much to dislike about Pickit, A drag-and-drop feature to upload files would be a lovely addition but we have given this feedback to Pickit and they have taken board the request - you can't ask for better collaboration when they're happy to take feature requests. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a single source of truth for our assets and easily updating them when the need arises, when you work with multiple departments and external vendors it's important that everyone knows what they're using is correct signed-off assets and not an older or WIP version. We love the ability to create collections, tag/key word images easily and customer service has always been helpful when we have queries. Our organisation has a number of people with intellectual disability working for us and so PickIts user friendly interface and straightforward navigation has been very helpful. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** There are a few things that we have sent to PickIt as suggestions for future updates. They have always very responsive and grateful for feedback. For example, being able to delete multiple photos from a collection in one go. Most of these suggestions would make the process of using PickIt more seamless, however none of them are critical. **What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?** PickIT is solving the issue internally of how everyone who is working remotely can access our vast database of images. We were finding that having images saved on a server made them too hard to search and remote workers couldn't easily download them. Pick it is definitely addressing this issue for us. ### 13. For instance the ability to have three levels of folders to easier gather seasons and campaigns. It then has a whole range of other capabilities which are more advanced and the customer service team is very responsive and takes on board suggested changes. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** It would be good to be able to upload more than 50 images at a time. Pickit integrates with PowerPoint which allows to browse coorporate images as well as a wide variety of other images. By creating my own collections of images for various purposes this becomes even more efficient. **What do you dislike about Pickit?** The performance of the web site is not the quickest.
