Pickit has become our team’s single source of truth for all brand and marketing assets. I love how easy it is to centralize everything — logos, templates, photos, videos, documents — in one clean and searchable library. The built-in Brand Guide is a huge advantage; instead of sharing outdated PDFs, we onboard new team members and partners directly through Pickit so they always see the latest colors, fonts, and brand rules. The AI-generated metadata and OCR search save an incredible amount of time. Assets are automatically tagged, and I can even find text inside documents. Integrations with Microsoft 365 make building presentations effortless since brand-approved images and templates are available directly inside PowerPoint and Word. Setting up a strong metadata structure also requires some upfront planning — the AI helps, but you still need to curate. What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you? Pickit has eliminated the chaos of scattered shared drives, email attachments, and outdated Dropbox folders. Everyone now knows exactly where to find approved, up-to-date brand assets. This has massively improved our brand consistency, minimized compliance issues, and reduced the number of “Can you send me the latest logo?” messages. Additionally, external partners now receive curated collections with the correct assets and guidelines, which saves time and prevents mistakes. Thanks for the honest feedback regarding pricing and the initial setup. We know getting the structure right requires some upfront work (even with AI), but as you noted, it really pays off in the long run.
