"Centralized Brand Assets Made Easy, But Pricing and Setup Can Be Challenging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Pickit?

Pickit has become our team’s single source of truth for all brand and marketing assets. I love how easy it is to centralize everything — logos, templates, photos, videos, documents — in one clean and searchable library. The built-in Brand Guide is a huge advantage; instead of sharing outdated PDFs, we onboard new team members and partners directly through Pickit so they always see the latest colors, fonts, and brand rules.

The AI-generated metadata and OCR search save an incredible amount of time. Assets are automatically tagged, and I can even find text inside documents. Integrations with Microsoft 365 make building presentations effortless since brand-approved images and templates are available directly inside PowerPoint and Word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pickit?

The pricing can feel high for smaller teams, especially if you need more storage for large media files. Setting up a strong metadata structure also requires some upfront planning — the AI helps, but you still need to curate. Permission settings are powerful but can be a bit complex when managing many user roles across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Elias Isabel of Pickit

Hi! Really glad to hear Pickit has become your single source of truth and that you've reduced those 'send me the logo' requests. That’s a classic pain point we love solving!

Thanks for the honest feedback regarding pricing and the initial setup. We know getting the structure right requires some upfront work (even with AI), but as you noted, it really pays off in the long run. We're also constantly looking at ways to make permissions more intuitive.
