I keep coming back to this because refreshes are where uptime is most at risk, and reviews say more about sourcing and delivery than about cutover choreography.
The differentiator is usually how well the reseller controls the handoff from staging to cutover, not just how quickly it can source hardware. I’d look for evidence of preconfiguration, rollback planning, phased swaps, and after-hours support to minimize disruption during the refresh.
