## About Performly
Performly is a cloud-based human resources solution designed for small, midsize and large businesses. Primary features include talent management, object and competency management, 360-degree performance reviews, feedback collection, recognition, daily task checklist and internal process management. The talent management module allows users to list employee objectives, job descriptions, core competencies and plans for growth and development. They can link objectives to the employee to-list and assess their performance. The 360-degree review functionality provides self-assessments, peer reviews and manager evaluations capability. Templates are provided for one-on-one check-in meetings to help users record and discuss progress and give feedback. It is offered in a subscription pricing option. It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are offered. Support is offered via email and over the phone.

**What do you like best about Performly?**

The user interface is very user-friendly. The dashboard is very precise and informative.
Having AI incorporated in this is the bonus. The ease with which the reports can be generated is very helpful to make business decisions. It even has an API for integration.

**What do you dislike about Performly?**

There's nothing much to complain. But this is internet dependent and you can not do much if there's no internet.

**What problems is Performly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance Management is very important for any organization, having a sophisticated application makes it all the way better. Performly does just that, it captures the feedback, can track real-time data, has 360-degree feedback, has lots of customizable templates, generates reports, and a lot more. Love the AI inclusion in the application, it just makes things easier.

**What do you like best about Performly?**

With Performly, you can follow up on the daily tasks of different employees to check whether scheduled or specified activities or processes have been conducted.

Performly makes it possible to gather feedback from different employees

The performance of employees can be evaluated based on their designated roles, skill set and assigned tasks level and quality of completion.

Performly also makes it easy to pay employees since the process can be automated.

It is also useful in recognizing employee achievements which can help to build morale as well as motivate other employees.

**What do you dislike about Performly?**

Learning to use Performly requires either past experience with other similar software or time to learn the different features and functionalities present.

Despite its undeniable capabilities, Performly may prove expensive for some startups and small businesses.

**What problems is Performly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performly helps us to manage employees and engage them to ensure that they are able to deliver to the best of their abilities as per their designated roles. It also helps to evaluate employee performance to establish whether they are underperfroming and why, creating opportunities for improvement and growth. Performly also makes it easy for us to manage the Payroll. Our management of employees is streamlined by Perfromly.

**What do you like best about Performly?**

Performly has everything packed in one software. They provide everything needed for smooth HR operations like HR services, payroll, talent management, etc. The UI is very smooth and features are easy to find on the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Performly?**

The billing is slightly high so its not very economical for medium and small-sized startups

**What problems is Performly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing talent acquisition and HR operations like attendance, leaves, payroll, etc. Employees can also track their salary and pay slips.

It is an innovative software that offers a different alternative to talent management, it is easy to use and has a very comfortable interface, and it is also a very useful tool that allows managing personnel in all areas, providing great value to the organization.

**What do you dislike about Performly?**

It is a very complete software that leaves no room for complaints or negative comments, so far we are very satisfied with the quality of the service

performly completely changes the management of human capital, implementing trending techniques that make the staff feel more committed to the company
