**What do you like best about Performance Scoring?**

We are new to the Performance Scoring platform, but so far, I'm thrilled with the robust feature set and how responsive the development team is when we have ideas for new features. This is a well run operation and a far more sophisticated platform than other Traction/EOS operating platforms.

**What do you dislike about Performance Scoring?**

Any idea for improvement has already been addressed by their developers. We're thrilled.

**What problems is Performance Scoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I love most about the platform is the robust employee development functionality.

**What do you like best about Performance Scoring?**

Great for organizing recurring meetings and following-up on tasks from previous meetings.  Tying individual KPIs to Meeting Scorecards and Employee Reviews is a game-changer for us. 

The biggest plus is the quick creation of meeting minutes after notes, tasks, and decisions have been entered. Since I can't make every meeting, every day, it helps me stay looped-in, which is immensely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Performance Scoring?**

There really isn't anything I dislike about the software. It’s easy to learn and technologically agnostic (can be used with G-Suite, Microsoft, Slack, and so on). The implementation team are also really nice.  The live online training sessions they offer for free are just amazing.

**What problems is Performance Scoring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run about 20 projects simultaneously with at least three meetings every day.  Performance Scoring helps keep the madness organized and my managers informed on what's working, what's falling behind, and how we're going to fix it before the deadline is in jeopardy.
