**What do you like best about PeopleDesk?**

PeopleDesk is particularly useful in managing our core routine HR functions such as processing payrolls or leave allocations. It is also very easy to use by the employees to retrieve payslip and make request for leave.

**What do you dislike about PeopleDesk?**

Using PeopleDesk feels a little mechanical because its roles are quite straightforward. You do not get much room in terms of tailoring the workflows or the reports according to our needs and requirements.

**What problems is PeopleDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through utilising PeopleDesk, we noticed that our HR department runs more efficiently. Resultantly, the central processes need to be automated so that more time can be dedicated to the strategic planning and management of relations with the employees.
