The employee self-service portal is great because it cuts down routine HR tickets for PTO requests and document updates. I also value the straightforward onboarding workflow, where new remote hires can complete offer paperwork and required tax forms entirely within the portal. The built-in time-off approvals help keep our leave requests centralized. **What do you dislike about People Partner?** At Tampa Professional Group LLC Florida, People Partner’s custom reporting is fairly limited. It lacks native pre-built EEOC compliance outputs, so I must manually compile applicant datasets for reporting. Resume parsing sometimes misreads non-standard resume formats, creating dirty candidate records. Its third-party HR integrations also have occasional sync lags, requiring me to cross-validate employee files to uphold FLSA and CCPA data-privacy requirements for our hybrid workforce. **What problems is People Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?** People Partner consolidates recruiting, onboarding, and PTO tracking in one workspace, saving time in high-volume hiring cycles and reducing routine HR tickets. Its resume parsing and self-service portal streamline candidate intake and empower staff, although I still cross-check for compliance. ### 2. The automated onboarding sequences are a big lifesaver, allowing us to track the progress of new hires professionally. I like how flexible and time-saving it is, making our jobs easier for both us and our employees. I love how it integrates with Google Workspace and other tools. Its clean, uncluttered UI is something I really enjoy, and our employees love it too. The initial setup was very easy because the UI is very interactive and easy to use. **What do you dislike about People Partner?** The difference between the web and app version is very noticeable. While the web version has everything, the app version just has the bare minimum and I would like for that to be changed. **What problems is People Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use People Partner for employee feedback and automated onboarding, which saves time and makes tracking new hires easier.
