**What do you like best about People Partner?**

I appreciate People Partner because it's efficient in collecting reviews and feedback from our employees without needing them to tell us directly; they can just provide feedback from home. The automated onboarding sequences are a big lifesaver, allowing us to track the progress of new hires professionally. I like how flexible and time-saving it is, making our jobs easier for both us and our employees. I love how it integrates with Google Workspace and other tools. Its clean, uncluttered UI is something I really enjoy, and our employees love it too. The initial setup was very easy because the UI is very interactive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about People Partner?**

The difference between the web and app version is very noticeable. While the web version has everything, the app version just has the bare minimum and I would like for that to be changed.

**What problems is People Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use People Partner for employee feedback and automated onboarding, which saves time and makes tracking new hires easier. It's flexible, efficient, and integrates well with Google Workspace.
