That changes how I support them as a tutor and leads to much more meaningful learning. **What do you dislike about Pencil Spaces?** I honestly haven’t had any major dislikes using Pencil Spaces. If anything, I’m always thinking about how small features or added structure could make it even easier for younger students to organize their work as they’re learning new concepts. Sparky, the AI helper available during class, is especially useful for tasks like creating a new board, muting or unmuting students, and inserting a timer, among other functions. **What do you dislike about Pencil Spaces?** I haven't experienced any downsides in Pencil spaces recently. I taught remotely during the pandemic and it was really challenging to keep my 5 year old students engaged through Zoom. Pencil Spaces would have been a game changer for participation and engagement. I also love that we have been able to customize it to display our curriculum so we can stay consistent as an organization for in person and remote tutors. **What do you dislike about Pencil Spaces?** It is not always the most user friendly especially when building a space from scratch. It can be really time consuming to build the way that it is now.
