**What do you like best about Pebblegate?**

 Energy management ,Lease mangement,Acounting related to property as well as tenant budgeting .User relevant applications  and customization according to need.Integration of energy management with existing hardwares to manage and analyze energy performance  across more than one property  helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Pebblegate?**

So far its a good platform but ,It can me made better if it provides free trial for starters.Payment options provided are  monthly and yearly,Quarterly plans can be a healthy option if provided.

**Recommendations to others considering Pebblegate:**

If you are looking for all in one stressfree management tool go for it .Personally it helps me a lot in energy as well as lease management.It eases the setup process for a new organization or any startups .

**What problems is Pebblegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Energy management is very practical and useful .As manager it captures energy consumption and allow us to visualize detailed energy specific reporting as well as analytics.For startups it is very helful for setup at initial stage

**What do you like best about Pebblegate?**

Very effecient property management solution which provides lease management ,property accounting and tenant management.Recurring as well as non recurring  billing charges and accounts are automated which is really beneficial.Analysis ,reporting are very much efficient  which consists of multiple grouping options

**What do you dislike about Pebblegate?**

Till date i am satisfied with the application .I found it very convenient while managing lease ,facility as well as services.

**Recommendations to others considering Pebblegate:**

Well implemented platform for stress free  commercial as well as lease management .Pebblegate is also resposible for quality service requests,tenant as well as energy management  with constant reminders.

**What problems is Pebblegate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lease management as well as service requests management.Automation of billing charges.Tenant management is handled very well. Reminders are helpful to ensure all members are on schedule.
