  ### 1. Frustrating UI, slow and unhelpful customer service

**What do you like best about Paytronix CXP?**

Paytronix enabled us to launch our loyalty program when our POS did not have a viable option to do so.

**What do you dislike about Paytronix CXP?**

This company has one of the smartest systems on the market in theory, but it is completely misaligned with the realities of running a busy restaurant. Between incorrect hardware specifications provided at onboarding, an unintuitive and time-intensive UI, extremely slow customer service responses, and an inflexible, fine-print-first approach to contracts, our experience has been deeply frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues reasonably, we were met with rigid policy enforcement rather than partnership. I would not recommend this company or the Access Group to other hospitality operators.

**What problems is Paytronix CXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While Paytronix allowed us to launch our loyalty program, we simply do not find it to be a valuable asset to our organization.

**What do you like best about Paytronix CXP?**

I love the staff, support, and visibility the product enables. The services Paytronix provides are wide and truly enable a solid A to Z lifecycle marketing experience.

**What do you dislike about Paytronix CXP?**

I dislike some of the UI/UX, but haven't found a platform in this space that has superb UI/UX. Relying on some partners for integrations and implementations can also be frustrating.

**What problems is Paytronix CXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementations and integrations with partners can be frustrating. When pulling reporting on the fly, reporting sometimes has to be refreshed in specific ways for accuracy which can be cumbersome.

**What do you like best about Paytronix CXP?**

Well-rounded solution that allows consolidation of  all card-based programs (comp, gift, loyalty) into one platform. Paytronix also provides great educational content for users and is constantly updating their content. 

**What do you dislike about Paytronix CXP?**

We had a bit of difficulty implementing this program - specifically migrating old data and installing into our POS. While this has a lot to do with the level of difficulty associated with the POS, it would have been a easier transition if Paytronix would have had support staff with a more intimate knowledge of our POS. 

**Recommendations to others considering Paytronix CXP:**

Implementation of this solution will run much more smoothly if you company has a dedicated POS tech who is able to devote time to implementation

**What problems is Paytronix CXP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to communicate with and market to our loyalty guests is much more sophisticated than the program we were using previously. We're able to track, measure and report loyalty activity at a much higher level which offers us important insight into our guests.
