What do you like best about Paystand?

We were running manual transactions prior to Paystand which was inefficient and left us blind to transaction approvals. Now our customers can pay any time of day, and we know next day when transactions have been processed. It has also saved us money on credit card transactions by allowing us to add a service fee when that option is chosen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

We haven't experienced anything that we didn't like with Paystand. It has been nothing but positive for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paystand solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solves the manual process we were processing payments and it has saved us money by allowing us to charge a convenience fee. A high percentage of our transactions are significantly large (5 figures or more) and traditionally wouldn't be paid by credit card. The convenience fee has moved most of those to ACH payment.
