What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand allows us to shorten our revenue to cash cycle by making payments easier on our customers. ROI is easy to find as the cost is relatively low compared to the value we get in reduced collection efforts.

What do you dislike about Paystand?

Minimal downsides. The software has paid for itself for us based on collection rates. Only downside I see is that it's another software to track/integrate, so if your systems are already cluttered integrating another software may have some growing pains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Paystand?

Paystand plays very well with Netsuite. Very clean and simple. We have a unique way in which we get contracts signed and acquire payment info for autopay, and Paystand fits well with our needs. We have a dedicated point of contact and he connects us with the product team to get answers. We also appreciate being kept in loop on their future advancements.
