**What do you like best about Payroll Professional?**

Reliable for payroll process, there are quite a few positives while using this application.
1. They are based on services, no contracts and all.
2. Very focused on payroll processing.
3. Funds are well managed, no impound.
4. Cheaper than most available in the market.
5. Simple UI and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Payroll Professional?**

Yet to get anything I dislike.
One suggestion: More effort can be given on website development.

One dedicated agent for the account.  Prompt, responsive and aware of our needs all the time.

The fact that they were "sold" to another bigger company and reassigned the account to someone else.
