Recommendations to others considering PayJunction:
Not only do I love using PayJunction, but the company is also ethical and honest. I recently considered changing when another company claimed they could offer me all the same features and a lower rate. I asked my salesman to review the proposal; he submitted a request to match the rate; he said he had never seen rates so low and that the other company did not have any bad reviews. He was honest even though it did not favor his company. As I began a trial with the other company, I did not even get the setup completed and realized they were nowhere near the service or features that I had, and it was not at all what I needed, and it wasn't worth any amount of savings to change. What problems is PayJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is much more streamlined, the fees ar far less than our previous processor, and everyone is able to initiate the process from their own device, then walk their customer to the terminal to complete the transaction. I love the ability to attach the actual customer invoice to the transaction and sending it to the customer to input payment from where ever they are, then being notified by email that the customer has paid for the transaction.
