Simplified the process for customers to pay online.  Our previous provider didn't have a solid solution for all of the variables that can occur.  PayJunction made it seem easy.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

Customer Support- I work with a group of practices.  We need constant support and questions answered. Being able to connect with someone instantly is very imporant to keeping the business moving forward. Being able to connect to support- Nick Dinapoli and getting a call within minutes of putting in a request for aid has been the best.  I have to highlight the support has he also provided to the practices across the company. He never misses!

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

I would like there to be more organization within the master portal for all of the practices.  I would like to see the terminals within the sub account's profiles.

PayJunction allows our teams to remain integrated with their practice management software.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

I love it all! First, it was everything that was presented to me in the sales process; there were no surprises. It was simple, we converted quickly, and when we needed help, which I have only called in one or two times in the last two years, I get a real English-speaking associate that doesn't need a merchant number, just my name, and business name.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

The only thing I dislike is that when covid hit, they started deducting processing fees from my bank account daily instead of monthly. This is inconvenient for me and causes me to make entries to my books daily rather than monthly which I do not like, and the owners absolutely hate.

**Recommendations to others considering PayJunction:**

Not only do I love using PayJunction, but the company is also ethical and honest. I recently considered changing when another company claimed they could offer me all the same features and a lower rate. I asked my salesman to review the proposal; he submitted a request to match the rate; he said he had never seen rates so low and that the other company did not have any bad reviews. He was honest even though it did not favor his company. As I began a trial with the other company, I did not even get the setup completed and realized they were nowhere near the service or features that I had, and it was not at all what I needed, and it wasn't worth any amount of savings to change. I don't see us ever changing to another processor.

**What problems is PayJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is much more streamlined, the fees ar far less than our previous processor, and everyone is able to initiate the process from their own device, then walk their customer to the terminal to complete the transaction. I love the ability to attach the actual customer invoice to the transaction and sending it to the customer to input payment from where ever they are, then being notified by email that the customer has paid for the transaction.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

This is a letter of commendation, recommendation and high praise for 
Nick DiNapoli.
My company, Freedom Boat Club Daytona Beach, has been using PayJunction since February 2016.
Nick quickly became my “go to” person for all things. He handles issues and answers questions quickly and professionally. He has been my saving grace and hero more times than I can count.
While PayJunction is a great program, that I would highly recommend, it is the support and assistance that Nick provides that makes it work so well for myself and my company on a day to day basis.
The reports in PayJunction are clean and concise, making it much less hassle than other programs I have used. Researching payments is a breeze .  I rate Nick an 8 out of 5. PayJunction a 5 out of 5.

Once a form of payment has been removed for a customer, those payments no longer show up in the customer records.

Our Client rep is fantastic and very responsive. He makes using the system very easy and explains things as needed.

the fact that even though we are a multi-location practice, the transaction limit for one location cannot be extended or applied to the other sister locations as well

Payjunction is a life-saver. The online account management is so easy to use and navigate. The web portal payments set up on our website is game-changing. The representatives are always so helpful. Our client rep is definitely deserving of praise since he is top notch! He is so amazing.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

I've used PayJunction as my payment processor since I started my business and its been a great relationship, attending to my small business needs and being available for support - although it's not been needed much.  Recently I had issues with my credit card terminal suddenly not working and Elio was able to get a replacement terminal on the way.  The process should have simple to connect my new device, but my POS system was not helpful.  They repeatedly told me they could not support this new device.  They forced me to speak to my gateway (EConduit) to do trouble shooting, just saying they couldn't help me.  In the end, my POS software support did very little to get my new credit card terminal up and running.  Elio at PayJunction was there for me through the entire process.  I probably called him 8 times over 2 business days, trying to troubleshoot.  He was navigating a new situation, learning with me.  He used resourcefulness, creative thinking and patience to help troubleshoot a problem that was actually created by my POS.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

I like everything about PayJunction, and I hope to continue my partnership with this company.

I solved issues with my credit card terminal (it needed to be replaced) and in the process I learned about a huge number of other benefits to working with this company - resources that really suit a small business like mine.

I received a call today 2/23/2022 from Nick DiNapoli fromPayJunction asking me to verify an individual trying to get access into my account.  Nick was professional, helpful, and friendly.  He walked me through setting up access for the individual from my billing company.  I then asked Nick to look into an issue from several weeks ago regarding a broken terminal.  He looked into my account and confirmed the resolution.  I asked Nick about a third issue regarding my account fee structure.  He did not have the answer but transferred me to right person who could help.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

Nothing - SPOT on!  Friendly, helpful service!

I like that I am able to search transactions using different methods (date of service, dollar amount, name, etc)

We are just getting started but this will integrate our remote and physical terminals and allow us to go from 3 different providers to one.  Much more efficient.  Casey was great on the Sales side and Nick was fabulous in helping me set up our terminals and integrations.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

When the company I work for switched to pay junction for our credit card processing, I was hesitant.  We had the regular card swipe machine in our office, and I couldn't see why we needed the change.  Well, it's been probably over five years, and I'm so happy we made the change.  Initially, we were given Nick DiNapoli to help us with our transition, and to say he is the reason we all succeeded initially is an understatement.  Nick is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.  Sometimes when you have to do training over the phone, it's a little awkward, but Nick's friendliness and happy demeanor shone through.  I remember that after our call, I felt like I could call him with anything, which is exactly what you need when a new system rolls out.  At that time, I was the trainer in a group of 25, and he did a fantastic job with them all.  Nick has always been reassuring to us all and has gone out of his way to help solve any issues that popped up.  When you look at what Nick brings to the table in your support department and combine that with all pay junction offers, you are left with a winning combo.  The website itself is easy to navigate and understand.  I love how easy it is to train people on it.  Plus, I know, if I have any issues, I can reach out to Nick.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

The only thing about the website that I can say I don't like is that when a transaction is declined through our scheduling site, it isn't clear, and stores often keep running the card, which results in multiple holds on our patients' cards.  That is really more of an us problem, though.

**What problems is PayJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I can see is the one associated with our scheduling site when a card is declined.  The benefits of the website are countless.  Having it online is very helpful for all stores that work outside of their main office.  Not having a credit card machine limited them on taking payments, but now having it online, that is never an issue.  Reprinting receipts, looking up old transactions, submitting refunds, your website has it all laid out so easily it's hard not to love it.   Add in your great support with Nick, and the benefits speak for themselves.

Being new to payjunction, we have worked with Nick to get us up to speed on using the website and the options available on the website.  Nick was fast to respond, very personable, and knowledgeable.  He was able to address all my questions and the issue that we were having.  I was extremely satisfied with the help that Nick provided!!

So far the website software looks great!

We wanted an payment processing api with the software we are using and it is what we received.  Importantly payjunction and rentopian are great collaborators and together successfully worked out a start up issue that we had.

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

The fact that I can get live local assistance when needed.  The staff is courteous and helpful every time I call, email, or web text.  Other processors have been a disappointment in the past, which is why we switched to Pay Junction. 
The best customer service person, Nick DiNapoli has been the reason we have stuck with Pay Junction for the last five years.  He has helped our company get the most out of our PayJunction accounts, of which we currently have six.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

Not that I'm aware.  We would like to do mobile processing from remote terminals, similar to Square.

**What problems is PayJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the easiest software to use both transactionally and for daily batching and reporting.  
One benefit is being paid daily.  Another is the monthly billing of fee charges, which makes accounting entry simple.

I like that the customer service is always available to provide knowledgeable help. I called on Sunday about an emergency that I was having, and Nick DiNapoli was so helpful in keeping me informed about what was going on to resolve my issue. He even called me back on Tuesday to follow up regarding my issue!

This is one of the easiest credit card processing tools I have used. Customer Service is amazing and they are US based so it is super nice to talk to someone and not a recorder. 

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

There is nothing I can think of that we do not like about Pay Junction.

I would recommend any company looking for a card processing system to use Pay Junction- totally worth it.

We can always look back on any transaction - we like the fact we can request a signature being we are given card info over the phone from time to time.

The ease of use with payjunction is outstanding. They make it so easy to collect credit/debit card payments.

Names on the card have to match the name submitted or the card will not always get run.

I am solving the problem of payment collection by card, as I don't have a credit card machine.

They are a paperless, smooth easy to use system, full of convenient features, great support and staff on deck. competition pricing options .

I can't really say there is anything I don't like about PayJunction but it's totally worth doing business with them .

The only business problems we have solved is seamlessly accepting credit and debit card payments for our online business .

**What do you like best about PayJunction?**

PayJunction may not be the biggest payment processor, but they have some amazing features and an excellent support team. I have worked with them on beta testing the ACH features and have had a lot of interaction with support. Support has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about PayJunction?**

The UI in web login is a little dated, but they are currently making improvements and it is way better than others I have tried.

**What problems is PayJunction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We process payments for about 80,000 contracts through payjunction on a monthly basis.
