The problem we solve is that businesses struggle to effectively engage customers today e.g., SMS = Fraud, Email = Junk, Voice = Calls Screened, Apps = Download Fatigue, Notifications muted. Our conversational AI solution enables businesses to engage with their customers through personalized, interactive, and secure communication using business messaging apps like WhatsApp. We sell our services to B2C industries that message (SMS/email) customers on three main use cases where we automate any customer journey with integration to their IT systems: 1. Personalized, Interactive and Secure notifications: Complementing existing SMS and Email notifications i.e., business tick vs. fraud & spam. 2. Lead generation & Click to Message Ads: Open a conversation with a customer with 98% Open rates, 45-60% CTR and 4X conversion of Email. 3. Conversational AI support: Support your customers where they chat with their friends and customers. No more annoying wait for a web chat

**What do you like best about Payemoji?**

Payemoji is a fantastic tool that has allowed us to engage with our clients when they want and where they want - over WhatsApp. We have used this service to help automate our comms with prospect leads leading to faster response times, better customer service and freeing up time for some of our staff members. Most importantly it has helped us drive revenue.l The automated messaging helps answer most of the queries that customers have and leads them to make payments at the end. It is a great tool that leads to a frictionless customer journey.

**What do you dislike about Payemoji?**

None - although it is still in early stage development the functionality is excellent and the team are brilliant to deal with and very responsive to any questions and feedback.

**What problems is Payemoji solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Helping us engage with customers where they spend most of their time (Whatsapp)
- Helping us drive revenue through whatsapp
- Helping us to free up time as it answers customer questions through automated messaging
