# How has Paubox’s seamless, always-on setup worked for your HIPAA-compliant email needs?

Paubox has felt seamless and hands-off for us, with easy onboarding, competitive pricing, and integrations across our systems. The biggest value has been HIPAA compliance and secure networking, plus the peace of mind of not having to toggle anything on or off. We also found the AI features surprisingly strong. We appreciate Lisa for helping us understand and get the most out of this product. She was very knowledgeable, if she didn't have an answer she would research and get back to us right away. Overall great experience
