"Game Changer"

What do you like best?

The booking software is exactly what we needed. It allows customers to book online and pay their deposit at the time of the booking. They are able to see current availability and they are able to add on additional features. The integrated POS system allows us to go back and forth between bookings and other sales.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was compatible with apple. We had to purchase new equipment to get things going. Sometimes the system is slow and we are not sure if it's our equipment or internet connection.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is great if you make reservations for parties whether it be reserving tables or reserving party rooms. The POS system is great as well and can be customized to your different areas of business. For example, we have Ticket Box, Snack Bar, Carnival, etc. You are also able to access the different categories from any terminal and it still allows your register to balance while still tracking the specific sales.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to book more parties and take deposits at the time of booking. Before, we had a form people would fill out online. Customers were not able to see current availability. We would have to handwrite submitted forms into our book if the spot they requested was available. The customer would then need to call in to pay their deposit after they receive confirmation.

This system has changed all of that. All reservations are online. They can be made online or in person. We can see the calendar from anywhere. There is never any over booking. We have also been able to max out on our bookings and we have almost zero parties that book that do not pay their deposits.

"GREAT SUPPORT, EASY TO USE"

What do you like best?

the ease of use from a consumer standpoint- navigation is simple and can be customized for each location nationally

The support at PCC is great- training, questions, new features- they are quick to respond and take the time to make sure their users understand everything their software has to offer

What do you dislike?

some technology was not available when we initially launched so we have grown as PCC has grown - initial set up to customize was a long process but once it is running is much easier to make small updates/changes

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

People are busy and tend to go online first before calling our centers- this platform allows our guests to book their event right from our website at the time that is most convenient for them- we are then able to follow up with more information and answer any questions once we know the guest's choices- online booking with PCC has greatly improved our "upsells" because the guest is making those choices independently with out feeling like they are being sold additional products etc
