the ease of use from a consumer standpoint- navigation is simple and can be customized for each location nationally

The support at PCC is great- training, questions, new features- they are quick to respond and take the time to make sure their users understand everything their software has to offer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some technology was not available when we initially launched so we have grown as PCC has grown - initial set up to customize was a long process but once it is running is much easier to make small updates/changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Party Center Software?

The booking software is exactly what we needed. It allows customers to book online and pay their deposit at the time of the booking. They are able to see current availability and they are able to add on additional features. The integrated POS system allows us to go back and forth between bookings and other sales. What do you dislike about Party Center Software?

I wish it was compatible with apple. We had to purchase new equipment to get things going. Sometimes the system is slow and we are not sure if it's our equipment or internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
