What do you like best about EzTix?

I was an EZTix partner for my food tours for nearly three years. The platform worked relatively well until the pandemic hit, at which point they began stealing funds from partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EzTix?

I was an EZTix partner for my food tours for nearly three years. When the pandemic hit, we refunded a large number of customers, as did most tour operators who were forced to shut down temporarily due to COVID. EZTix removed refunded funds from my account but failed to return them to my customers. Months later, when my customers were still understandably upset that they had not been refunded (despite those funds being taken out of my account by EZTix), I double refunded several guests. At that point I no longer felt comfortable using EZTix for ticketing and moved my business to a competitor, FareHarbor. EZTix then withheld my final sales payout (several thousand dollars). Per our contract, payouts should be received by partners within one week of sales statements. My statement was issued of 9/29/20 for sales revenue they collected from my customers, and as of this review (11/15/20) I still have not received my funds. I have e-mailed repeatedly, but EZTix has pulled all phone support and social media presence (likely because partners were so upset when their customer refunds were never returned to guests). Unfortunately, the volatility with which they manage finances puts partners (all small businesses) at risk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EzTix?

It's very user friendly and the back end is robust so you can add discount codes, custom templates and tours as well as see everything for a weekly tour easily. The Dashboard is nice and you can see what you've sold both in numbers and then in a graphical format for the day, last 7 days and for the month. In the beginning they were very helpful but now that we are a customer a bit less so. We had a lot of trouble integrating with TripAdvisor at first but we fixed that and EZ-Tix does integrate with their system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EzTix?

We had a hard time integrating a calendar easily into our website for people to book tours by dates so it takes a few extra clicks for someone to buy a ticket and we've been wondering if this impacts our conversions. We have a lot of traffic to our website but low conversions. It's also hard to sell tickets to a custom event via their system. I've sent clients links and they have trouble with it. Also sometimes things are not intuitive with the system when doing something a little more custom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
