What do you like best about Occasion?

I like the user side experience. The customer is given clear and attractive user side options and it is easily used by our customer. However, on the backend, there are a lot of workarounds we are required to figure out to get it to operate how we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

However, on the backend, there are a lot of workarounds we are required to figure out to get it to operate how we want. The response from the customer service team has usually been good. But they change a lot of stuff often with how it works and that is oftentimes making it hard to use on our end since we have recurring things set up in the system. Recommendations to others considering Occasion:

Setting up Occasion "right" the first time is important, because it can be hard to change if you have a "lot" of usage (aka, lots of listings). The integrations with your website is good. What problems is Occasion solving and how is that benefiting you?
