I like the user side experience. The customer is given clear and attractive user side options and it is easily used by our customer. However, on the backend, there are a lot of workarounds we are required to figure out to get it to operate how we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

But they change a lot of stuff often with how it works and that is oftentimes making it hard to use on our end since we have recurring things set up in the system.
