Spothero almost always discounts against the "walk in" rate for parking. And since it updates what is full and what is not very quickly, I use it every time I park downtown in Denver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can compare prices on different garages within a set radius of my job. The interface is friendly and compared to other apps that provide this service of discounted parking rates, I believe that this one is the best overall. Customer service provided by the company is always understanding and you can cancel a reservation with no charge if the booking does not work for you. I dislike that at times there are so many price points, I think not having a price filter makes it difficult at times, what if my friends and I only have 12$ and only want to spend that? I called to have the shuttle arrive, but after waiting for 45 minutes and it still didn't arrive after to calls in I called a 3rd time period finally they informed me that the shuttle would be arriving under the name of a different hotel. I'm not sure how it was supposed to just guess to walk up to every single shuttle and ask if it would take me to my hotel even though it wasn't listed on the side. Terrible service!
