What do you like best about PartsTech?

I used to spend a lot of time comparing prices and delivery times across all my vendors, which was extremely time-consuming. PartsTech has made this process much easier and faster, and it keeps getting better. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrated with our original platform, Mitchell 1, and now it works seamlessly with Tekmetric as well. We rely on PartsTech for every repair order and I wouldn't want to do it any other way. I recall when Nexpart first introduced this concept but couldn't quite deliver on it. What do you dislike about PartsTech?

Very rarely but at times, the system goes down. They are usually really fast at taking care of the issue. Anytime i do have issues their customer tech support is quick to help me get situated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
