**What do you like best about Parim?**

PARim has been excellent with scheduling for our workers and keeping track of workers' documents.

Knowing when documents are expiring has made it easy to update them swiftly.

Knowing who has done what on the app with Action History is exceptional.

The support rendered by the support team is timely and always quick.

PARim is also easy to use and integrate into work systems.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

I haven't found anything about the PARIM app that I dislike.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PARim is helping in the below ways

Staff Scheduling: PARiM simplifies the scheduling process, allowing us to create and manage complex schedules with ease. This reduces the risk of overstaffing or understaffing, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Time Tracking: The software provides tools for tracking employee hours, which helps in accurate payroll processing and minimizes time theft. This leads to better financial management and increased employee accountability.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

Really good to plan events and schedule staff. Able to put everything in one place and keep track. Implementing within our workforce has been simple and effective.

We use PARIM daily to manage all types of shift and customer details. 

When we weren't sure we contacted customer support and received a call back and detailed explanation.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

Would be better for greater integration with other systems.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

The variety of ways I can access staff informations. I can search individuals and events, with access to see staff in other department so I know when they are working too. It is important in the events industry to be able to have an overview of all departments and see who may be available for different departments, even though we may not allocate or change their shifts. It is a facility that staff use all the time either on the tablets, computers or phones, and this flexability has made it easy for all staff to access, even if they have not got the tools at home to do so. I have used the technical support option a few times and found it very quick and efficient at resolving issues. It did take some time to transition for the existing system to Parim, but once complete , all staff have found it a far superior product. The additional facilities enabling us to extract reports, is great in assessing time management issues and holiday scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

Sometimes staff, including myself forget their passwords to log in. We can easily resend the password login, but this does mean that all devices previously used have to be reset, which can be hard to do when you work over 2 large venues.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The easy access to see what shifts have been fulfilled and if there are any still requiring cover.
As this is visable for all staff, we can complete schedules without having to contact other departments individually, which is a great time saver.
The ability for shifts to be swapped and covered so quickly and the instant access to view it, makes a lot of difference.

Functions, I can set reminders of staff reviews, passports, licences and the process of shifts, just spot on. well done to the team

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

I would like to be a bit more flexible, in terms of extending a shift pattern a bit more simplified or maybe actually extend within the scheduling right click on a shift and hit extend from the date I have selected and I just need to select when till to extend.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solved when a department makes a mistake and does not have a person on shift the whole management team can pick this up with a notification and act on it.

Very friendly UX, and most of the part of the system we use is easy to understand

Nothing, probably will be better to have more visual from wich unit of the company the employees are coming

**What do you like best about Parim?**

I'm not sure where to start! Ease of use, clean interface, customization, customer service, scheduling app, remote access, SMS messaging, and push notifications. What's not to like? Trust me, make the jump from the antiquated system you are on and start using PARiM.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

The positive far outweighs any downsides. Sure, I wish certain things were a little more streamlined. But, they continue to improve aggressively and are constantly making upgrades.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has streamlined our entire scheduling process. What used to take three (3) people now takes one (1). We can easily communicate with hundreds of employees on the go and publish available shifts to them. Everything stays live and the app gives them access to their schedules and reminders of where they should be and when.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

PARiM is easy to navigate and contains multiple features that allow us to include the multiple facets of our organization. Our employees can schedule their own shifts, which makes it easy to hold them accountable.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

Billing/Payroll feature needs some work, we are not able to automatically include mileage or other necessities so we manually enter each shift into our old payroll/billing system to process.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PARiM has offered solutions regarding scheduling and given full transparency to employees. It allows the administration to have full access to how many options we want to delegate to our staff.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

As an expanding catering company, we love the way all our staff can know what they are supposed to be doing, when and where instantly and automatically. Using the free to download App mean there’s no need for chasing phone calls or emails. We can also post up shifts and our staff can apply for them so using PARiM makes doing our schedule quicker and easier.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

We would like staff to be able to complete more of their profile and post availability via the App but I understand that is being introduced in the near future.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding relevant and available staff for all of our events was a time-consuming challenge. Some staff would be back at university, some at college and some away. The ability of staff to apply for Open Shifts means the workflow for managing our catering events is optimised or more efficient. We can create our event, select our core staff, open up shifts and invite others to apply and then confirm and publish the Event.

Using PARiM saves us time and means we can schedule further in advance.

I can click in & out easily from my phone. I appreciate that each shift lists a dollar amount that the shift is worth.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

I am not fond of how limited the app is. Other than clocking in and out, you can’t do much on it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Parim:**

Use this if your main concern is the ability to clock in and out quickly.

It has benefited my work by giving me the option of not having to submit a time card at the end of the week. It is problematic in that I cannot submit for time off on the app, nor can I click the calendar to see my old shifts. I have to use the Approved Timesheets section.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

We have used PARiM to manage our staff, their shifts and absences in our Retail group for several years now. PARiM made it quick and easy to get started and schedule the staff. With its sortable, fast, unlimited database we can manage our flexible staff pool in seconds.  It makes managing staff across several locations much quicker and simpler and gives me an overall view of staffing costs and levels

Using the Apps, staff can see their current, past and future shifts as well as their gross pay per shift so we receive far fewer pay and holiday queries.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

Its not free software. However I do get excellent support from PARiM

**Recommendations to others considering Parim:**

Give it a try. Its a big change but so worth the time.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It important in Retail staffing to get your staffing correct to ensure good customer service. We have done this for several years using PARiM across all our retail locations. Its fast, searchable staff database allows us to find or message the correct staff member in seconds to ensure all our shifts are covered. Using PARiM has meant we schedule faster and further ahead than we did before we used it.

The package allows staff to have an oversight of their shifts - working with the APP means they get reminders for shifts

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

The backing data to get full usage can take some time 

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use three different platforms to manage rotas, timesheets, notices, events etc - from having used this trail we are confident we can move everything over to this one system. 

The Office staff loved using this and said it will make their job a lot easier - with the staff that trailed the app and staff end they said it was much easier to use and clear to see. Bringing their HR details into this means staff can easily update and notify us of any changes saving time again back office. 

We plan to go live with this system full time in January but looks like we will be aiming to go live in time for December.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

Ease of Use -  Both the administration and the employee interface are exceptionally simple and user friendly.     The GPS and flexibility to adapt to any situation are exceptionally excellent.  We looked at four other shift-scheduling software providers and the cost for value trade-off was huge.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

We really dislike nothing.  I could quibble about an absence of graphics but we really do not value graphics or care about bar charts too much.

**Recommendations to others considering Parim:**

The flexibility of the software to adapt to many many situations requires experience and your organisational understanding to exploit the software best.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate a multi-site business with a wide network of employees who may work the same day in different locations.  PARiM is an awesome database for all associates to communicate back and forth.  Scheduling is 10x easier, payroll is 3x easier and employees are 2x happier with this better organisaiton.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

Super easy to use, efficient, and great for student employees who are always busy and don't have time for confusing software. The app especially makes scheduling much easier and everyone can access their shifts (and schedule changes)  from their phones on the go. The customer service is also amazing. We have a large time difference from the PARiM headquarters and they still get back to us quickly and are always eager to help us succeed. We are also big fans of all the options that PARiM offers. You can customize your notifications, customize what users can and can't do, customize basically everything. That gives you a lot of control which is always good to have especially with a large company

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

There is not much to dislike about PARiM. The only negative we can see is that adding some different special modules/ features costs more money, but it is 100% worth it. 

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We only employ students and of course student schedules change frequently which means they have to change their work shifts all the time. We have around 300 students we coordinate and PARiM has allowed us to make shift shaping/trading much easier. Less people are missing their shifts and being confused about their schedules because PARiM notifies you right away when there is a change or when an open shift needs to be picked up

**What do you like best about Parim?**

PARiM has ticked all the boxes for us and is extremely well supported by their team. We love the colour coding and the automated communication side of it which saves us a lot of admin time, emails and phone calls. We are slowly using more and more of the system and PARiM will suit us as we grow our business

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

There is nothing we do not like about PARiM. Recently we've advised PARiM to create a few extra features for their subcontractor module and they are already working on it. They always ready to help and welcome any feed-back.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We love PARiM and use quite a few of its modules. I really like the way you can colour code positions, absences and certificates so after a while you can see at a glance the status of everything. PARiM also allows us to decide for each site or event whether we want to allocate shifts or for staff to apply for them or a mixture of both.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

We use PARiM because its very easy to use, extremely well supported and seems to be developed in response to our suggestions quickly. We use it to schedule our staff, communicate with them, track our certificates and do our Lone Worker Check Calls. Being modular we only turn on the modules with the features we wanted. As we expand we may use ,more but at least they are there should we want them

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

Check Call system is a little temperamental, could do with being able to find which staff member lives closest to a client site.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

Using PARiM has made managing annual leave much easier for our organisation. 
Our staff are able to access the system from any device and can see at a glance how much leave they have left. 
We are also able to customise the system to add and delete types of leave. These can be colour coded so it is easier to keep track of absences. 
The support from the team at PARiM is fast and helpful – we often use the instant messenger feature to contact the team and are happy with their customer service.  
We would recommend PARiM if you want a simple to use HR system for a small or large organisation.

The PARiM team could consider a function to use with payroll and finance management - that would be very useful for us!

Managing annual leave is much easier now!

Parim is a very easy to use well priced piece of software, Enabling us to easily and quickly schedule our shifts. We also use the check call feature with the gps location which is very useful. 

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

It would be nice to be able to edit shifts through the apple app, however Im sure this is already planned.

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have seen better organization and streamlined the scheduling process. This has saved us time and money.

**What do you like best about Parim?**

Parim offers the most comprehensive time and attendance software on the market. There are many different products on the market and we have tried most, but Parim proves to be currently the best. The product is constantly being developed and frequent upgrades and improvements are released.

**What do you dislike about Parim?**

There are a few technical issues which are slowly getting ironed out. The alerts do not work perfectly (yet), but this is apparently being worked on in the next update

**Recommendations to others considering Parim:**

Use Parim, dont hesitate, its brilliant and with rapidly made updates and improvements it is only going to get better!

**What problems is Parim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking employees clocking in and clocking out. Most importantly for us, letting us know when a member of staff does not turn up on time, or leaves early. Giving you the assurance that the staff member is clocked in at the right place and also used to calculate salary. The system also effectively manages holiday and sick leave

Looked difficult to start off with, but, in the end it's relatively easy to use and very effective. Massive control over large staffing problems. Constant development at Parim means that this products keeps moving forward.

See who checks in and where they check in.

I started using Parim in September and never looked back. It is saving me hours in staff allocation. Any questions to Support are answered promptly and changes made to suit your individual needs.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this product.
