Parallel avoids the back and forth of emails in Outlook, provides greater security for the client when sharing confidential information and documents, and offers ease and immediacy of response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parallel?

At first, I was quite skeptical about the effectiveness of the program, but once I got used to the use and format, today I find no disadvantages. One improvement I do propose is to highlight the format of each question in the form to distinguish it from the client's response, making it easier to review at a glance. What do you like best about Parallel?

The product is very easy to use, intuitive, and flexible. It is suitable for everyone, from people with technological skills to those who have more difficulties with technology. Additionally, it is constantly improving by incorporating new functionalities. In our case, during the execution of a 2-month pilot, more than 100 actions were taken. The team is very responsive: they analyze your problems and always provide solutions. They are very quick with managing improvements as well as incidents. What do you dislike about Parallel?

It's difficult to comment on negative aspects, but as points for improvement, I would mention personalization. Currently, there are options at the level of branding, templates, etc., but in complex processes, it may be necessary to incorporate client-specific metadata or other look & feel options that do not yet exist. What do you like best about Parallel?

The interface is very friendly and easy to use, very visual. It's fast, and it's very useful that the information is saved as the work is completed. By allowing multiple people to work on the same request, you can speed up the client identification process by involving the relevant departments. The options provided by the tool allow you to track responses to the form in real-time, and with notifications, you can communicate with the client immediately and resolve their queries.

In addition to being a very useful tool, the Parallel team quickly resolves any questions or issues that the user and/or the platform may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parallel?

Nothing to highlight. Whenever improvements have been requested in the application, the Parallel team has responded quickly by resolving issues and implementing improvement requests (for example, customization of the home screen). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Parallel?

I am a lawyer in the legal department of a real estate company, and I can say that the treatment received from your team and the quick solutions they offer at all times are unbeatable. For any questions, they are always at your disposal to resolve them.

What do you like best about Parallel?

The ease of the platform is very intuitive. It allows for a quick response from our clients, who also respond with far fewer errors. Sending the information request in the form of a form takes away a lot of work.
