**What do you like best about Parallel?**

Parallel's user interface is simple and easy to understand, making it easy for our team to adapt for both legal teams and the end client. We have experienced a significant improvement in our client relationships thanks to Parallel's ability to centralise key information and improve communication.

It has enabled us to track client interactions more efficiently, saving us approximately 30-40% on client communications.

The team and customer support is terrific. The tool can be ready to use in less than a week.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

We are still awaiting some key features that we feel are necessary to fully optimise our processes, however, the team is very receptive to feedback and several implementations have been made almost on demand.

We use Parallel for document review and we have experienced more than 30% of time saved for this process.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

- Native integrations with electronic signature takes multiple steps from sending a contract
- Makes it really easy to collect multiple types of data, and keeping the data collected right where i need to use it, which is in document generation
-A lot of customization options for each field type including logic rules and conditional visibility

- It takes some time to setup, but in theory is possible to set a workflow that fits multiple types of contracts,  so your document generation is easier and no more mistakes, all you need to do is fill up the form and the document will populate the right info in the right places. 

- I love that you can attach documents that will append to the generated document for signature, so i find it useful to attach the original quote, taking a lot of work from the manual contract generation. 

Easy to use, drag and drop form creator. The forms are beautiful and professional looking, you can share a link to it, and it will validate the signatory

Keep all your contracts in the same place, possibility to set alerts on expirations and other important dates

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

Maybe having some extra field types would be nice, for example repeated field sets, or possibility to linking templates.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our contract generation process was very manual and we had to support a variety of different terms. This made it very prone to errors and long reviews.  At some point i was even convinced it was impossible to automate the contract generation. 

Parallel makes it easier to automate and eliminate errors, and it has some gems of features, for example the ability to append pdfs into the final document generated to be signed.

It has given us the ability to keep all of our documents in the same place, instead of generating in Word and storing locally + in the cloud, and then uploading to a esignature provider, then store again somewhere else a finalized document.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

It is a tool that continues to evolve and offer improvements that make day-to-day life increasingly easier by providing a simple and intuitive platform. Additionally, it allows us to quickly see the status of each document and we can see how each client is progressing.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

We need to be able to extract more data to help us maintain internal control, but we know that Parallel is already working on it, which reassures us greatly.

We request a large number of documents from each client who starts working with us. Being able to do this through a Parallel request, thus having all of them collected, greatly facilitates the collection and review of them, and it is also easier for the clients.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

Personally, as a marketing manager in the real estate sector, I am very satisfied and very surprised with Parallel, as it has completely changed our way of working. Thanks to the use we make of the tool, we are much more digital and agile in terms of internal and external processes. Communication with the client has improved greatly. What I like most is that it is a very intuitive software and, moreover, any suggestion for improvement that we convey to Parallel is valued and implemented. They innovate and improve the product constantly. I believe that both small and medium-sized companies can easily benefit from using Parallel, as it is a tech-friendly way that will easily lead our organization to a better scenario.

I have no complaints at the moment. I am very happy with the tool.

The conversational flows between company and client are more effective and efficient. We have gone from working with 2,200 emails in one operation to 1 form with less than 20 questions.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

It is simple, intuitive, and greatly streamlines processes. Above all, it saves you time, something that is scarce nowadays. All my processes are organized and centralized on the platform, where I can easily see how they progress and where I can also communicate with colleagues who collaborate with me and my clients. I have truly noticed that I no longer have to spend so much time on email. Moreover, since it is so easy to use, my clients are also happy and I manage to get the information I need from them much faster.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

We would like to be able to obtain more data in order to have greater control over the efficiency of the process (e.g., response time, requests per employee), but the Parallel team is already working on it.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the services we provide is managing the visa application process when a student wants to go abroad. The high regulation of this process requires the student to submit a lot of information and documentation. Previously, we asked for it in a PDF, by email, and that generated an endless back and forth with the client...

Now we manage it much faster and easier for the students. Our team works from Parallel on all information requests, which are managed collaboratively and centrally, much faster and more organized. And the student finds everything easier.

Parallel is simple to use, and focuses the typical legal doc and process steps that used to take countless hours. I was always concerned that our business was missing critical compliance steps with new employees ... not anymore.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

There's not a lot to dislike. Occasionally my page stalled (though this might have been my local connection); even still the work had auto saved so nothing was lost.

Handling of multiple forms and processes with internal and external stakeholders. Previously, this was all handled manually over various platforms and email, text etc

Onboarding clients is super easy and effective. It reduces the risk of sending information through emails that go to junk mail. Clients have all the information required at their finger tips and they love the efficiency. People want the easiest way. Zoom allows you to meet without leaving home and clients are now used to those solutions. So being able to finish and sign documents go hand in hand with the new way people are doing business post covid

Parallel branding does appear in some places which some people may see as a problem but compared to what they offer it may not be a deal breaker and they do have options to remove the branding.

Sharing and creating business documents for client onboarding and managing client accounts the easiest way possible. Information can be sent to several people at once, saving time, and the filled-in documents can be exported and kept in a client file.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

Parallel allowed us to create a highly customizable platform to streamline the onboarding process of our clients. We collect sensitive information that is often a concern for some individuals and businesses.  In the past we sent fillable PDF files or forms to fill out, and there were always issues getting the correct and complete data.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

We do not have any deal breakers with using Parallel. We hope Parallel will allow more customization to emails and webpage (link) that we send our clients to onboard.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my business, we collect a significant amount of sensitive data, such as bank statements, tax id, voided checks and a myriad of additional data that facilitates our ability to perform proper KYC when underwriting our clients. Parallel has allowed us to send our clients a single link to facilitate the collection of this information...gone are the days of sending endless emails back and forth to gather the required data.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

The platform has allowed us to digitize the entire client on-boarding process, ensuring that no errors are made in the information request while minimizing friction in the application. With Parallel, we manage to perform the KYC of clients in less time, in a more structured way, and with lower internal management costs. Most importantly, there is no margin for error in the process.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

The solution is very good but sometimes it is not ideal for older clients who are not very tech-savvy.

Parallel digitizes and facilitates the request for information with clients. In our case, we use it for client onboarding by requesting all the information for KYC/AML and in the subscription of all the documentation.

Our real estate agents, the end users of the tool, find in Parallel a simple, practical, intuitive, and perfectly understandable tool that makes their work much easier and faster. It is liked by everyone, both those who are more tech-savvy and those who have more difficulties.

We need to add an aesthetic improvement to the final result of this fantastic technology, but we are working on it and we will undoubtedly achieve it.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

Keeping track of processes and getting forms filled in from clients has always been a slow, tedious and generally painful process that never gets easier. It was very frustrating always having to chase clients when it came to onboarding. However, with Parallel it's been an absolute breeze, it's literately so easy to onboard clients, get forms filled in and returned signed. Both the backend and frontend of the software looks sleek, professional and is also easy to navigate once you know your way around.. Parallel seems to already be very feature rich with lots of templates and advanced functions, even API and Webhook is available which is phenomenal. Building forms with "conditions" and being able to automate other stuff is just a whole transformation to any business. I would like to also pinpoint the excellent customer service team, who have always promptly and effectively provided help and answered all my questions. So, in overview, I would highly recommend Parallel to anyone looking to avoid chasing their customers for the information they need to collect and speed up the process.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

Integration with DocuSign a major player in the game is currently in the pipeline and I believe will be available soon but it will be worth the wait for eletronic signature if you already have that platform.

With Parallel it's easy to onboard clients, get forms filled in and returned signed. Parallel in my opinon is an impressive and collaborative process management software that is extremely flexible because It's allowed us to accelerate our company process, eliminate human errors and, our streamline the entire onboarding workflow.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

They have managed to simplify complex processes (due to variety and case studies), with attention to detail and a great ability to listen to customer needs and apply them in platform improvements.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

I don't like that they mix their own name, the denomination, with one of the processes, the central one, of the platform (the petition). I think the denomination, the brand, should be reserved and above specific processes. I think it's a way of undervaluing it.

It is a regulatory advisory consultancy. Therefore, it has a profuse relationship with clients based on documents, which are often prepared jointly, requiring validations, compliances... Moving from handling all those steps based on emails with office attachments to registering and formalizing them with a platform like Parallel has been a really important advancement.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

There's a lot of different options for creating forms and documents that really make Parallel a fascinating exercise in creativity. Using their "conditions" you can easily transform similar multiple forms into one single document. There's a lot of potential here that simply cries out for exploration and experimentation. That's very exciting. 

I also have to point out their excellent customer service team, who are fast and efficient. You could not ask for more.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

The only issue to date is the lack of sign company integrations, such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign. However, this is something the company is aiming to integrate later on. Well worth the wait for these integration features.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I represent an animation company and we use a  lot of freelance staff, and part of our regular day-to-day tasks is onboarding crew. Parallel has turned a lengthy and cumbersome process into a quick and efficient excise, that looks professional and gives plenty of value to this area of our business.

Parallel allow us to track all our flows and important documents. It´s super customizable and has a great user experience. We also like that our customers can use the platform to check their process status in real-time.

It´s hard to find something we dislike about the platform because every time we had an issue, Parallel's team was helpping us quickly, solving the trouble or teaching us about some new functions. I would like to have a better mobile versión or maybe an app.

Parallel has succeeded in making a smart and easy-to-use contract designer. No more uploading PDFs with spaces. This is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

I have no objections. 

It is a functional product. I use it a lot. I would like Pabbly in addition to Zappier and maybe a document type designer. The existing one is fine, but I would like to see the result in real time. I would like more variety of signatures. While it is true that they have the best and at the best price. So I have no complaints.

I perform numerous legal processes that require gathering information, documents and signatures. This is a one-stop shop. As a legal professional I solve problems easily.

VERY Impressive process management software.
Its worth using.... Good work keep it up. It will help our onboarding much easier and with cname wow thats a treat.

Not many things french would be an addon. I do hope they do add more lang in future in it. They do have English and Spanish, but french would help us to make things easier.

I am sure they are going to add more lang and I think French and German are must to have and they have said they are working on it and I do hope they come up with it very soon

It's very easy and simple. We create a request and link it with our CRM. The client completes it and it's ready for signature.

Make the messages more personalized, even though it already offers you to add the logo.

I like that it's a unique tool. But as such it has a lot of space for improvements yet.

I would like to see more templates. Also, I hope they develop their own e-signature feature soon.

Ease of use is likely the absolute best part of Parallel however their super responsive support team comes in a close second.

So far I just wish they had more default templates everything we have used is built from scratch.

The functionality of reminders and progressive saving of information. For client registrations or authorization processes, it is always important to achieve tracking of what contributions are needed from those involved.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

The personalization of emails is missing so that they come from a personalized address. It would be good if you implemented your own signature solution (even if it's simple).

We use Parallel for an installation process on the sales floor of a retailer. With this, we ask the store staff to provide us with information prior to our arrival at each branch.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

Parallel avoids the back and forth of emails in Outlook, provides greater security for the client when sharing confidential information and documents, and offers ease and immediacy of response.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

At first, I was quite skeptical about the effectiveness of the program, but once I got used to the use and format, today I find no disadvantages. One improvement I do propose is to highlight the format of each question in the form to distinguish it from the client's response, making it easier to review at a glance.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralize the collection of client information and documentation and control the reception and filing of it to complete the identification process (KYC). Previously, it was necessary to manage it via email with PDFs that the client had to print, complete manually, and return scanned. Parallel saves time and automates all those processes.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

The product is very easy to use, intuitive, and flexible. It is suitable for everyone, from people with technological skills to those who have more difficulties with technology. Additionally, it is constantly improving by incorporating new functionalities. In our case, during the execution of a 2-month pilot, more than 100 actions were taken. The team is very responsive: they analyze your problems and always provide solutions. They are very quick with managing improvements as well as incidents. In my experience with multiple providers in the IT sector, I believe it is a good partner.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

It's difficult to comment on negative aspects, but as points for improvement, I would mention personalization. Currently, there are options at the level of branding, templates, etc., but in complex processes, it may be necessary to incorporate client-specific metadata or other look & feel options that do not yet exist. But I know these are things they have in mind and have not yet incorporated.

**What problems is Parallel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it in several processes. For example, in requests directed to our clients to obtain KYC (Know Your Client) information, information on compliance issues, etc. We have also used it internally to gather information on certain processes. These are processes where a lot of documentation is collected and validated, and we detected problems both in the phase of obtaining this documentation and in our internal process of review and validation. With Parallel, we have managed to improve the efficiency of these processes, centralize the information, and make it more accessible.

The options provided by the tool allow you to track responses to the form in real-time, and with notifications, you can communicate with the client immediately and resolve their queries.

In addition to being a very useful tool, the Parallel team quickly resolves any questions or issues that the user and/or the platform may have.

Nothing to highlight. Whenever improvements have been requested in the application, the Parallel team has responded quickly by resolving issues and implementing improvement requests (for example, customization of the home screen).

At my job, we use Parallel for various tasks, one of the most important being client identification (for the Anti-Money Laundering Law). Before Parallel, this process was very slow, involving many emails and various communications with the client. With the Parallel platform, we have reduced the time for client identification with greater reliability and less confusion for the client.

The fact that the identification can be digitally signed means that the process is definitely completed within 24 hours.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

I am a lawyer in the legal department of a real estate company, and I can say that the treatment received from your team and the quick solutions they offer at all times are unbeatable. For any questions, they are always at your disposal to resolve them. 

Their work tool has allowed me to offer my clients the possibility of formalizing contracts even from a mobile phone, thus providing greater speed and fluidity in the formalization of mandates for sale or rental.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

Being honest, I don't find anything negative about the company that I need to mention.

**Recommendations to others considering Parallel:**

Having your tool will allow you to be more productive when formalizing and drafting agreements, thus providing better customer service, without having to constantly send emails to draft a simple document.

On the other hand, the format of your contracts makes clients see that it is a simple and approachable document.

Your tool has given me the possibility for communication with clients to be less rudimentary and more fluid, as they can even ask questions regarding specific clauses of a contract through your platform.

**What do you like best about Parallel?**

The ease of the platform is very intuitive. It allows for a quick response from our clients, who also respond with far fewer errors. Sending the information request in the form of a form takes away a lot of work. Being able to have direct communication with the client through the platform allows for much smoother communication, which leads to more speed.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

The only thing I don't like is not being able to avoid an email. Sometimes I have to delete a request and send it to the right person (with a new email).

The ease of avoiding email chains with the client is the main advantage that Parallel has given me. The fact of having an intelligent form makes the exchange of information more fluid.

What I like the most is that it facilitates collaboration with the client, as they are always aware of the documentation they have provided and what they still need to provide. That makes things much easier.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

A priori, I don't have any notable criticism. Although it is true that clients who are not very tech-savvy can get stuck.

We have a large customer base that needs to provide a lot of documentation. Previously, we managed it in a rudimentary way with Google Drive, and now thanks to Parallel, we have been able to automate it. The main benefit is the control of the documentation.

The ease of tracking each of the requests sent, allowing all the information to be in one place. It saves me from having to follow up on different emails always requesting the same information.

**What do you dislike about Parallel?**

When a request is completed, a standard message appears and it doesn't give me the option to have it customized from the beginning when it is created. It would be interesting to be able to customize this closing message.

Being able to have the information in one place and not scattered among emails and messages. Have strict control and monitoring of the process, sending reminders to the user.
