&lt;p&gt;Your reframing from what leases we have to where we are overexposed is the more interesting question, and I&#39;d say the driver in practice is renewal exposure concentrated in time rather than any single metric. Occupancy and cost tell you about a location, renewal clustering tells you about your negotiating position across the portfolio. Dealpath tracking pipeline and portfolio together and Dynamo&#39;s portfolio monitoring both seem oriented toward that forward view rather than the current-state snapshot.&lt;/p&gt;
