More importantly, their support when integrating with new partners has made our onboarding process noticeably smoother and faster. That kind of help is critical for a small, fast-paced company like ours with limited resources. **What do you dislike about Owlery?** From my perspective, Owlery’s out-of-the-box reporting suite is the least useful part of the product. That said, our business is fairly unique, and we’ve needed a number of custom reports that are essential to our day-to-day operations. **What problems is Owlery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Owlery, our freight operation felt like a black box. We knew we needed trucks, and we knew our product had to arrive by a specific date, but beyond that we had very limited bandwidth to dig into our freight data or understand our overall spend. That number alone tells you everything you need to know. Freight costs are out of control right now and most companies are flying blind. Owlery changed that completely. We finally had clean, real-time data to negotiate from, identify where we were overpaying, and make smarter carrier decisions. Before Owlery, we were guessing. Now we're managing. What sets Owlery apart is that it's genuinely more than a standard TMS. I'd call it a TMS+ because it covers three things most platforms don't do well together: Operational Execution — Quoting, tendering, tracking, and BOLs are fully automated. The AI logistics agent that lives in Slack handles day-to-day coordination without us having to log into multiple portals. Route planning and load consolidation are built in. Live in under 30 days - so the hardest part was just getting the team comfortable with how much the manual work had disappeared. That's a good problem to have. **What problems is Owlery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Freight was one of our biggest and hardest-to-explain line items. Costs were rising, visibility was poor, and our logistics team was spending more time chasing updates and reconciling invoices than actually managing our supply chain.
