The scheduling module is very well made. Features include lots of options for colour-coded appointment blocks, adequate information displayed without having to open the appointment, and an icon system for patient tracking (left message, waiting, seated, etc). The note keeping module is difficult to use. It is too complicated to simply leave a straightforward note, as the "add line" button is in the top left and the notes themselves are at the bottom. Also, it is difficult to edit notes when mistakes are made during entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I am able to search patient names with just a few letters or several other pieces of info. Rescheduling appointments is also very easy using drag and drop to the clipboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some aspects are not very user friendly. If a timepoint is misentered in VP imaging, to becomes a more drawn out process than most busy offices may have time for- or even have the basic tech understanding to really know what to do.
