Orchesia helps you structure projects from the start, secure deadlines and run execution on solid foundations. What is Orchesia? Orchesia is a project management tool built for small B2B teams (5-30 people) who need to plan projects reliably before executing them. The problem we're solving Most project management tools start from a task list. Notion, Trello, Monday, Asana. They all assume you already know what to do. But real projects have a structure. Deliverables, dependencies, real constraints from the field. And the plan should come from that structure, not the other way around. We've seen too many teams build a beautiful Gantt chart for the kickoff meeting, then abandon it within weeks when reality caught up. Everyone knew planning mattered, no one had the time to do it properly. **What do you like best about Orchesia?**

I really like that Orchesia starts with the project’s overall structure, rather than jumping straight into a task list. The schedule then emerges from that structure automatically, and any change recalculates the plan in real time. Really helpful when u're not a PM expert. The AI also helps a lot !

**What do you dislike about Orchesia?**

The company started less than a year ago. I feel like it currently lacks automation and integrations, but I’ve heard those are coming soon.

**What problems is Orchesia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plan should come from a clear structure, not the other way around. This approach helped me meet my deadline with much better accuracy and less second-guessing.
