Orchesia is a project management tool built for small B2B teams (5-30 people) who need to plan projects reliably before executing them. The problem we're solving Most project management tools start from a task list. Notion, Trello, Monday, Asana. They all assume you already know what to do. But real projects have a structure. Deliverables, dependencies, real constraints from the field. And the plan should come from that structure, not the other way around. We've seen too many teams build a beautiful Gantt chart for the kickoff meeting, then abandon it within weeks when reality caught up. Everyone knew planning mattered, no one had the time to do it properly.
