Oracle Learn Cloud isn't designed in the way that a learning professional would design it; it works OK with professional development, but because it breaks the rules of good instructional design, it doesn't work well for regulatory learning and compliance. Specializations don't have recurring learning. Assignments dictate the business rhythm of the course, not the course itself. You keep changing the capabilities of communities which breaks significant compliance issues. Support answers "works as designed" and closes SRs frequently...it feels like they do this to play with their metrics and make their response look better than it really is.
