Its flexibility in customization allows us consultants, to tailor dashboards and workflows to their specific sales processes. The integration with other Oracle tools and third party platforms makes it easy to maintain data consistency across the organization. The interface is very intuitive after setup, and I find it useful for tracking opportunities and automating repetitive sales tasks.
