Sometimes just learning how to navigate around NetSuite can be a little difficult in itself. I believe the navigating and connecting the worlds together could be improved. I like that NetSuite has all the features we need for handling our companies, including the FX and the consolidation for each company. The least helpful using NetSuite is the 3rd party billing cannot be used with USPS. If a customer has 3rd party billing on their customer page, then USPS cannot be selected. From an accounting perspective, I find that NetSuite could allow greater analysis of ledgers. Creating custom reports is very challenging, even with admin access and experience. There's a lot of trial and error involved in bringing the correct fields, and some fields aren't supported for reports. It's also challenging to pull data from different sources. The 'new' Analytics feature should address this, but it's still pretty complicated and slow. There are limitations with closed transactions in AP and AR, as there's no good capability to match transactions in general ledgers like the VAT ledger. The features available aren't good enough yet. I could only think of two things, I wish there was a way to export or see workflow data a little better. I have to click into each workflow to see what is produces. It would be better if more details were provided when you are reviewing them in the "state" list. Second, would be how long it takes to load certain records or run certain scrips/workflows.
