However, due to some inexperience and lack of training, the site that was built was misaligned and unused. Documents were scattered across several pages, few people had an idea of where that information lived, and there were multiple copies of obsolete documents everywhere. We hired Optimum to help us design, build, and implement a new SharePoint site. **What do you like best about Optimum?** Optimum did an excellent job scoping the project and incorporating the feedback from our stakeholders. **What do you dislike about Optimum?** During a few meetings, the structure felt a bit disjointed and unrehearsed. Based on the end product and deliverable, there is no issue with the outcome however, with some additional refined training, the hand off to us may have gone smoother. **Recommendations to others considering Optimum:** Be clear on your goals for the engagement. Outline ahead of time with Optimum what you want covered and how meetings should be run. **What problems is Optimum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking to standardize and align our collaborative efforts. Optimum worked very hard to simplify the process and yet drive strong results. We have taken processes that were once paper and pencil and moved them to a digital format that allows us to gather data quicker and attack problems swiftly. ### 6. My only constructive feedback is the minor issues found during testing (name not showing up, and thinking through how to archive the list from year to year). During the lengthy pilot phase they provided much-needed hands-on support to quickly implement feedback from our pilot users. Our consultant was hard-working, reliable and very down-to-earth and easy to work with. Despite months of delays on our end, Optimum switched gears almost overnight to help us go live in a matter of days. Their ability to prioritize our project and work with us to meet our ever-evolving needs was exactly what we needed and we would not have been able to successfully implement without their tremendous support. **What do you like best about Optimum?** They were so easy to work with and always willing to adjust based on our quickly and frequently changing needs. **What do you dislike about Optimum?** There were a few minor instances where a little more attention to detail and double-checking work would have been beneficial. However given the volume and scope of changes they were implementing for us on a daily basis, a few minor mishaps along the way would have probably been nearly impossible to completely avoid, and they always responded positively and quickly to make any necessary corrections. **What problems is Optimum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to Optimum's support, we now finally have a tool that allows us to better manage our customer projects. Optimum's ability to quickly act on pilot users' feedback allowed us to stop focusing on the weaknesses of our tool and instead put our focus back on our customers. ### 9.
