**What do you like best about OpenClose Lending Solution?**

Web based LOS is nice for easy access between devices. System is fairly easy to navigate and input information.

**What do you dislike about OpenClose Lending Solution?**

Constant errors or issues with multiple aspects including Product selection, running credit or DO,DU, and LPA. 
Does not integrate well with others and its own components don't match up. Doesn't integrate with floify like Encompass and Lending Pad. Decision Assist is inferior to Optimal Blue but can not be bypass when using OB. 
Constant errors and issues that require OC intervention to fix usually holding up applications and progress.

**What problems is OpenClose Lending Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our LOS and is used to create and submit loan applications. Nothing special or unique that makes it a better solution than other LOS applications. Issues with integrations create problems with milestones and updates to borrowers and partners on other systems.

**What do you like best about OpenClose Lending Solution?**

Open Close is extremely user friendly and easy to move around in. I have found that by using the Loan Actions tab you can move anywhere through out the loan, this makes it easy when doing submissions. 

**What do you dislike about OpenClose Lending Solution?**

The one thing I would have to say that I dislike about Open Close is that when doing submissions there are little things withing the loan (like certain check boxes) that have to be checked or an error message will continue to occur. 

**What problems is OpenClose Lending Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this to upload loan files and submit them.
