What do you like best?

It contains a lot of functionality that has been implemented over the last 10-15 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The system is ugly to use and still looks the same as it did 10+ years ago when I was using it.

In my opinion the entire interface needs a complete rework and modernisation. The system has some good functionality but my users avoid using it because of the user experience. They've even gone to the point of creating their own resourcing dashboard because the built in ones were ugly to use.

It has certain obsolete functionalities that do not make its priorities adequately, known for not being intuitive, causing an emblematic imbalance in the system, needing a better practical knowledge to achieve an innovative advance, this means that your digital infrastructure has certain inflexible terms and This The latter needs a variety of open screens to make respective decisions about certainly adequate resources. Openair PSA is worth using as it controls consulting for jobs with few interests for the company, helps us create projects not to mention favorable time tracking, continuous reporting is an important factor in choosing this bold system . What do you like best?

What do you like best?

OpenAir has been invaluable for us to project our resource utilization against potential projects and staff appropriately. The bookings, approved hours via time sheets and tracking productivity have proven to be strong management tools to improve accountability and transparency across the Professional Services department. What do you like best?

There is a lot of things that this can do without a lot of instruction. Expense reporting is very exhausting for a seldom traveler, let alone someone who travels frequently. Takes up a lot of time to enter these in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What I like best about the OpenAir system is the ability to create dashboards for different users with information appropriate for their role. This has helped us release information to project managers that they did not have visibility to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have gotten complaints that the mobile app is not great. Our company has a majority of our employees traveling so an good mobile app is important to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before we had OpenAir we had over a million in unbilled expenses due to project managers not seeing what was in their projects and not following up. We released an unbilled expenses dashboard to all PMs and we have gotten that total down to around 200k which is our target amount to not go over every month. What do you like best?

Very flexible ability to customize which projects/tasks categories resources are involved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

1. Duplicating a time sheet should be automatic, no need to prompt the user about overlapping.

2. Deleting a weekly time sheet is a hassle because it is under the time sheet setting, instead of just selecting a check box for the timesheet.

3. When you have a week where current month and the next overlap, you have to submit 2 timesheets for it. There should be a way to just submit it once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

OpenAir is a pretty straight forward project and resource management platform. OpenAir makes it easy to quickly create and manage projects, associated tasks and the resources assigned to them. As a project manager for new business pursuits, I appreciate how easy it is to quickly pull up multiple resources and assign them projected task hours for multiple projects. One of my favorite things is being able to save my resource filter settings when booking resources to a project. It saves me a lot of time! Speaking of time, time sheets and time tracking is pretty straight forward any easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The interface seems to be little bit outdated which made me take a while to understand the layout and functionality of the platform. The platform itself could use some usability best practices. Buttons and Tabs aren't necessarily intuitive. It takes time to book a resource and confirm that it has saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Time tracking (however unloved by many) is an important aspect of billing clients correctly for services. This software is very intuitive when it comes to timesheets and details. Beyond that, tracking billed time and being able to run easy to make reports really makes it a worthwhile product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

As I work with dozens of clients throughout the week, tediously clicking into the boxes to log time and write a description gets a little difficult. The UI is relatively plain and doing the task of entering time requires a little more dexterity and accuracy in clicking than a nicer UI might have. It would be nice to have some sort of easily clickable projects with default project billing notes and times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Double check that your product can integrate with this. Exporting is great, but more functionality regarding import/export would be even more valuable without having to use their homegrown integration manager tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Ease of implementation from build out to long-term maintenance and IS support that NetSuite/OpenAir provides is impressive. The platform is mature and does what it needs to from bookings to revenue reporting, but lacks in the UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to open new projects and record time/track time as you see fit. Easy management system for employee PTO and expense reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The system is especially finicky when it comes to parameters. For example, if I am searching an already submitted time sheet, it is not easily accessible. I have to click "Submitted"--but even then it won't show up. Because it's not right at your fingertips, I end up spending more time messing with the parameters/options to find that one timesheet than other time tracking softwares I've used before. What do you like best?

search functionality is pretty smart when searching only part of a word. Like that you can create all types of filters depending on your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

That the resourcing tab does not always talk to the project outline tab - it would be a huge improvement if this was implemented. I wish that the filters cleared out when you search for a new project name. Instead of having to do this manually every single time. What do you like best?

I have been using OpenAir for over 5 years as both a User and in a Help Desk role. As a User I was using OpenAir as a Project and Billing Administrator with the main purpose being billing clients. Once a billing rule has been created, all user time entries and expenses are captured to ensure that no billing is missed. I am currently providing support for an OpenAir client and found that most issues relate to the data entered rather than any issues with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I have had a few issues using the Mobile version but don't really need to use it in that way often. I have found that it performs better with Chrome and Firefox over IE as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am currently using OpenAir as a Help Desk support role so I am dealing with a wide range of different issues on a daily basis. I am usually able to handle it myself as it's a very intuitive system but if I have problems the OpenAir support team are quick to respond and can usually sort it out the problem.
