What problems is OnStrategy solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a complex 5-year plan with hundreds of initiatives, activities and tasks. This was previously managed in Excel but the ease of use, logical structure and world-class support has made this one of our most useful tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OnStrategy?

I like best the fact tool acts as a platform so we can as a team align our planned goals. We use this tool on weekly basis by following the task, but on the monthly basis we share where do we stand against the yearly plan. The main purpose of the tool is not to lose sight of goals. We even have specialist from the onStrategy company who is leading this initiative. I find it very important since it is not natural to maintain long and mid-term focus. With specialist and the tool, we have our execution right on the target even if we miss one or two KPIs. We see broader picture which makes us stronger and well balanced. What do you like best about OnStrategy?

This business performance management software combines practical services with customization to design a great strategy and automate the process of managing the execution, is very easy to use, has a very intuitive interface so the learning curve is null, even if you are not an expert user, the program is also very easy to configure and includes extensive functions such as rapid design and control panel instruments, key performance indicators, scorecards and strategic planning, data sources and ease of development, ad hoc reports, budgets and forecasts thus optimizing the processes related to business management as well as the design and implementation of strategic plans for better development of the company. All of this contributes to building trust among team members or employees in general allowing them to assign tasks for the fulfillment of objectives as well as increase their productivity. What do you dislike about OnStrategy?

The product is a bit expensive, but the set of features and ease of use make the cost worthwhile, another aspect to consider is that it is not a data warehouse. It has provided us with high performance, with huge amounts of data and multiple tables, scalability that we have used to create and publish data models and advanced dashboards, which has meant greater organization and design of business strategies that have allowed us greater growth and projection of the company, as each of each direction, department and employee has focused on the fulfillment of the assignments commanded for the fulfillment of goals and strategies to ensure the closure of the proposed business objectives, In addition, as a company, we have been able to refine our data analysis and our business intelligence offerings to a large extent through our experiences of this tool which has been binding on decision making using data stored on this platform and source. OnStrategy is a very effective tool and easy to use, because its interface is very intuitive so it does not require learning curve, even in inexperienced users, in terms of functionality allows you to design corporate strategies, in addition to emphasize the priorities according to the requirement budget capabilities of your business, in addition to optimize the process of execution or implementation of plans developed. It offers a unique approach to identifying and addressing strategic priorities at every level of organisation, so it has given us the opportunity to assess and drive strategic progress, as well as ensuring that it cascades across all levels of work across the company, as it shows each individual and teams where they fit into the strategy and how to ensure their contributions to the large number of people in the company, as well as to the bigger picture. Additionally, the fact of allowing us to configure a multidimensional matrix system in a few hours without significant training has been a significant advance for our employees, we are pleasantly satisfied with this program, it is worth the investment made.
