**What do you like best about Online Recruiting Interviews?**

I felt the automation process of scheduling interviews, video interviews, and selection very easy to use and sped up the process.

**What do you dislike about Online Recruiting Interviews?**

Needs more personalization as it is very generic currently.

**What problems is Online Recruiting Interviews solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Really just the speed of the interview process, from initial screening to final interview.   However due to the lack of personalization our company is testing other tools currently.
