# Which webinar tools are most trusted by marketing and sales teams based on user reviews from mid-market companies?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hi G2 community, which <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/webinar">webinar tools</a> do mid-market marketing and sales teams actually keep trusting once webinars become a recurring demand-gen or customer-engagement channel? Generic reviews can hide that, so I narrowed the supplied review set to companies with roughly 51 to 1,000 employees and marketing or sales-oriented roles.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">From the <strong>G2 Grid report for Webinar</strong>, three names came through especially clearly: <strong>Sequel.io, Contrast, and Wistia</strong>.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">The wider shortlist:</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/sequel-io/reviews"><strong>Sequel.io</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Demand-gen and product marketing users praise reliable live sessions, easy registration, strong UX, and integrations with tools like Marketo.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/contrast-contrast/reviews"><strong>Contrast</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Mid-market marketers repeatedly mention fast webinar setup, smooth HubSpot integration, responsive support, and an easy host experience.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/wistia/reviews"><strong>Wistia</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Marketing teams value webinar repurposing, lead capture, analytics, CRM integrations, and a straightforward interface.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/zoom-events-and-webinars/reviews"><strong>Zoom Events and Webinars</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Demand-gen users point to attendee familiarity, integrations with marketing tools, responsive support, and dependable virtual-event delivery.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/microsoft-teams-webinars/reviews"><strong>Microsoft Teams Webinars</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Marketing and sales reviewers like its Microsoft ecosystem fit, easy setup, familiar interface, and built-in presenter controls.</li>
</ul><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What builds trust here seems pretty practical: the event runs reliably, attendee data reaches the marketing stack, and the team doesn’t have to fight the platform every time a webinar goes live.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For mid-market marketing or sales teams, which of these has been most dependable over repeated campaigns? Did integrations and lead follow-up matter more than the live webinar experience itself?</p>

&lt;p&gt;For recurring webinars, I’d judge reliability by what happens after the event as much as during it. A flawless broadcast still creates work if attendee activity, questions, and engagement data need cleaning before sales can use them. I’d be curious which of these consistently gets usable webinar data into the CRM fast enough for reps to follow up while the conversation is still warm.&lt;/p&gt;
