Getting the metrics dialed in takes setup.

The depth means more to configure upfront.

Insights can be limited to a handful of metrics at a time.

And does live tracking change behavior or just create noise?

Yeah for live leaderboards plus tracking incentives, a few purpose-built tools stand out. Ambition is highly rated and built around real-time leaderboards, competitions and coaching tied to your CRM data, so reps see standings update live. Hoopla (now part of the same world) is known for TV-style leaderboards and broadcasts that put performance on screens around the floor. LevelEleven focuses on real-time scorecards and behavior tracking, and it's popular with Salesforce-based teams. To be real, the incentive-tracking depth varies, so if you're running specific comp or contest payouts, confirm each one tracks that the way you need rather than just displaying rankings. Are you mostly after the motivational leaderboard on screens, or real tracking that ties into what reps actually get paid?
