After a thorough search process, we selected OneSpan as our digital signature tool for a number of reasons. Primarily, unlike most other tools, OneSpan allows for unlimited initiators within a company. This will allow us to establish a self-service forms portal for easy global roll-out, without an exorbitant cost. The interface is not quite as intuitive as RightSignature, but easy to understand once you use it a couple of times. Sometimes I found certain issues with its updating because it makes my devices work a bit slower compared to the routine work. I do not like that I have to keep resizing the button for certain lines... with DocuSign, once you size it, it stays in that position when you move to the next line to add the signature on it.. that was so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's super intuitive and simple to use. The ability to create and save Layouts is a huge time saver for our company as Insurance Applications and other documents including payment authorization forms are unique yet require signatures in the same locations. With Layouts, no matter who the client is or the information on the app or form, we can quickly assign signature, text, and radio fields to the appropriate recipients in a matter of seconds. OneSpan is a quick, efficient way for us to send quotes to clients. It pulls in the relevant contact information, packages the documents, allows for signer changes designated by the recipients, and allows us to keep track of where our documents are in the process. We had a difficult time getting set up. It's a little confusing because of the OneSpan and eSignLive components (there are basically 2 apps, not just one to install).
