&lt;p&gt;False positives would decide this for me. Blocking sophisticated bots is great, but not if legitimate shoppers or banking customers get caught with them. Sardine’s feedback around fewer false positives stands out for that reason. I’d want to compare how many genuine users each tool challenges or blocks during a fraud spike.&lt;/p&gt;
