# Signed document review

Hi, I have a couple of questions for your product. I Hope I can deliver my intention properly.

1. Can I review the signed documents after my contract is over?
Or do you delete whole information if I don't extend the contract?

2. About monthly payment, do you automatically charge for next month's pay? Because I think I might use your service once every two months.

Hello, thank you for your questions.
1. Yes, you can access your e-signed documents even after you cancel your subscription with eSignLive. You will however not have the ability to send out documents for signature, but any existing e-signed documents are completely accessible with your username and password.
2. You can either select to purchase the annual contract where you pay for the entire year in advance at a discounted rate ($240/user/year), or pay monthly at a slightly higher price. Please feel free to contact one of our reps who would be happy to discuss pricing plans and options.
