This program is optimized for different platforms such as desktops, mobile phones, and tablets. It is very useful because even if you are in a place without internet access, you can access already signed documents from any device. What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

The ease of use is 2nd to none. We have tried multiple solutions and eSign Live is hands down the easiest to use. We previously tried Right Signature & also Docusign and they didn't compare. The price of eSign Live was the initial deciding factor, but we soon discovered that the signature feature took a fraction of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

The integration with Salesforce is a bit difficult to use, but this is the only negative I have encountered. In order to use some of the API integrations, they required a special account, which was significantly more expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would suggest for them to allow their customers to integrate eSign Live directly to Salesforce without having to have an enterprise account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneSpan Sign?

I like it that people can sign from my own device with the app installed when we are face-to-face. I use tablets where people can read what they are signing and they can easily sign with a stylus. All my packages are quickly accessible through the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign?

The app does not work with all devices. I am disappointed that the app stopped working on my main type of android tablet. It crashes, so my these type of tablets are now useless to us (Lenovo Tab 4). Also, I would like to be able to set "capture signature" as the default instead of having "click-to-sign." I appreciate that the language can be set to be in multiple languages, but I would like the "esign disclosure and content" form to be in the language I set it to be.
