I absolutely love using OneSpan's eSign Live programme! It is incredibly convenient and efficient for both the sender and recipient and saves me a lot of valuable time. The user-friendly layout makes it intuitive to use, with crystal clear instructions that make customers feel comfortable navigating through their documents. What's more, I love how quickly users can receive their packages from start to finish - almost instantly! In addition, the exceptional customer service provides unparalleled responsiveness combined with the expertise to resolve any questions or issues within minutes. The fact that users are able to complete all tasks quickly and without too much difficulty is a true reflection of why EsignLive by OneSpan has gained such widespread acceptance across all of its usage platforms; therefore, I would recommend this application to anyone without hesitation! The company's slow response time and inability to provide clear answers was a major obstacle during my client's contract-related request for assistance. Waiting for over an hour only to be disconnected is extremely disheartening; it suggests a lack of organisational priority in providing adequate support services which may damage their reputation with customers. We implemented it at the beginning of the pandemic when a majority of our staff were working from home, which meant we weren't able to offer the usual face-to-face training. The pandemic shifted the nature of branch visits by our members. Historically we would have required members to attend the branch for any account changes as we needed physical signatures on paper copies of documents. At the beginning of the pandemic, we shifted our branch hours to 'by appointment only' which left a big gap for members who would have just popped in to solve problems they were experiencing. OneSpan Sign allowed us to offer a much simpler solution to our members whereby they could sign from the comfort of their homes. This has resulted in an improved service experience. On the Policy writing side, we are able to collect signatures on key insurance documents that we would otherwise expect our insurance agents to keep a copy of. This helps us greatly when it comes to processing claims on said policies as we are able to confirm the terms to which the insured agreed and signed off on the information disclosed during the policy binding process.
