The functionality to re-assign signers seems to be difficult for signers to use. I would like to be able to attach a hyperlink to the signing transaction in an email. I would like to be able to "batch" the signing order for documents which require 3 or more parties to sign. E.g. in the signing order the first signing request goes to 2 x ppl at once, when they have signed a request goes to the third signer etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great communication in the exploration stage. The team takes the time to demo the product and answer any questions. We had a tech guy spend time with us to try and figure out a problem before we even signed a contract! The support team walked us through everything needed to get us going. Once you understand the basics, the dashboard is easy to navigate and setup is very easy and intuitive. Email templates can be changed to fit your needs. Moving from test to production can be a bit cumbersome if you have complicated templates. The transaction process generates a lot of emails that seem like they could be consolidated - but not a show stopper! Sometimes it's hard to find documentation needed to get answers on my own. OneSpan has everything we need. It has been flawless for our business. The customer service has been great and the pricing is extremely fair. OneSpan is not only equal to but in my opinion better than Docusign at half the cost! The ability to 'white label' the emails works wonderfully. They meet or exceed all security concerns.
