Great communication in the exploration stage. The team takes the time to demo the product and answer any quesitons. We had a tech guy spend time with us to try and figure out a problem before we even signed a contract! The support team walked us through everything needed to get us going. Once you understand the basics, the dashboard is easy to navigate and setup is very easy and intuitive. Email templates can be changed to fit your needs. What do you dislike about OneSpan Sign? Moving from test to production can be a bit cumbersome if you have complicated templates. The transaction process generates a lot of emails that seem like they could be consolidated - but not a show stopper! Some times it's hard to find documentation needed to get answers on my own.
