Ease of use from the web platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite thing about OneSpan Sign is that it is security focused. Because sensitive contracts are involved, the platform provides top notch encryption to protect documents and make sure that signatures are legally valid. The multi factor authentication principle adds one more security level for only allowed persons to sign a document or to access it. I feel comfortable when I’m handling important agreements, because of this security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The high cost is one of OneSpan Sign’s challenges. It certainly offers awesome security and a host of powerful features, but if your company is small and doesn’t need all of the more sophisticated stuff, it may be too much of a burden on your purse strings. For organizations that need just the basics the pricing on the platform doesn’t always fit within their budget which is a tough sell. It would be nicer if the pricing model could be more flexible to accommodate all businesses sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am very satisfied with the services of OneSpan Sign. The professionalism, confidentiality, and ease of use of their platform are unmatched. Furthermore, they are always willing to help and resolve any doubts. You can send signatures individually or in bulk, and not only that, you can customize specific data to auto-fill and be sent to recipients individually. I love its easy implementation, I use it daily and have integrated it into many projects. An excellent option for any business! I fully trust them to keep my data secure and comply with all regulations. I recommend them 100%! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only disadvantage is having little knowledge about the tool and not finding much info on the internet, but when you get to know it, you become unstoppable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have one found two dislikes in my use of OneSpan Sign. The limited search capabilities and that you have to right click and open in new tab when you do filter down a search or else the previous search disappears when you try to return to the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use, secure, and integrates well with other tools. The user interface is clean, and setting up signing workflows is quick and intuitive. Great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customization options for branding are a bit limited, and reporting features could be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
