The multi factor authentication principle adds one more security level for only allowed persons to sign a document or to access it. The high cost is one of OneSpan Sign’s challenges. It certainly offers awesome security and a host of powerful features, but if your company is small and doesn’t need all of the more sophisticated stuff, it may be too much of a burden on your purse strings. For organizations that need just the basics the pricing on the platform doesn’t always fit within their budget which is a tough sell. Previously we had to rely on and wait for physical signatures, this slowed down the process and added unnecessary steps. With OneSpan Sign, I can preload documents to send them for signing and it encrypts and keeps the signing legally binding. The limited search capabilities and that you have to right click and open in new tab when you do filter down a search or else the previous search disappears when you try to return to the page.
